Benefits in kind. The fair value of a benefit in kind shall be applied as its cash value when applying the remuneration system. If the fair value cannot be determined, then the taxable value shall be applied instead. The National Board of Taxes annually specifies the criteria for determining the cash value of benefits in kind for tax purposes. Benefits in kind. Benefits in kind shall be provided and reimbursed according to the Part III - Section 1 of this Agreement.
Benefits in kind. (1) The insured person shall, in order to receive benefits in kind in pursuance of Article 24 of the Agreement, submit to the institution of the place of residence or stay, the certificate/form issued by the institution in which he is insured. (2) If the insured person cannot submit the certificate/form mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article, the institution of the place of residence or stay shall request it from the competent institution.

Benefits in kind. 6.1 Due to the purposes of performing the Services, Xx. Xxxxxxx will be provided by the Company with a company car. The Company is entitled to determine the type and value of the company car. Placing a company car at the disposal of Xx. Xxxxxxx constitutes a benefit in kind, which shall be taxed in conformity with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. 6.2 The Company undertakes to provide for a medical and hospitalization insurance for Xx. Xxxxxxx and his family. The modalities of these insurance shall be communicated in a separate document. These insurances will follow the standard insurance as normally applicable within the Company for directors. 6.3 The Company undertakes to contribute in an occupational pension plan by means of a group insurance. The modalities of this pension plan shall be communicated in a separate document. This pension plan will follow be organized according to the standards as normally applicable within the Company for directors. 6.4 The taxable advantage of the private use of materials provided by the company, such a mobile phone, shall be calculated and processed in accordance with the tax regulations applicable.
