License Fee Reimbursement. The Employer will pay for theatrical operator licenses for all employees covered by this Agreement who have worked at least ten (10) shifts in the previous year, which shall include at least two (2) shifts per quarter. The Employer will work with employees who do not meet the shift requirement due to a personal leave of absence. In the event that the Employer requires an individual to use a license in addition to the theatrical operator license, the Employer will reimburse that individual for that class of license at the next renewal period, provided the individual is then employed by the Employer.
License Fee Reimbursement. The Board will provide reimbursement to its current Employees for costs and fees associated with the renewal of Teaching Licenses and Pupil Activity Permits to a maximum of $250.00/yr. when provided with documentation within 30 days of payment by the Employee.
License Fee Reimbursement. No later than January 5, 2006, Company shall reimburse Bavli in the amount of $10,000 for its payment made to Automotive Energy Systems, LLC, provided that Company has entered into an exclusive distributorship agreement with Automotive Energy Systems, LLC by that date.
License Fee Reimbursement. If, pursuant to the Trademark Agreement Amendment, the Partnership is required to pay the License Fee (as defined in the Trademark Agreement Amendment) to PTLC, PTLC will pay to PAG, concurrently with receipt of such License Fee from the Partnership, an amount equal to 9.0% of such License Fee received until and including the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date.
License Fee Reimbursement. The School District will reimburse for license fee renewal each year. Custodians must submit a copy of the license to the Property Services Supervisor. Reimbursements will be made upon receipt of proper documentation.
License Fee Reimbursement. (1) The Board of Education shall reimburse Paraprofessionals for up to $50.00 of their 5-year licensure fee as required to renew their Paraprofessional Education Endorsement (ELS-PARA). In order to receive this reimbursement, Paraprofessionals will pay the fee and then will submit documentation of payment and proof of renewal for reimbursement. Should the Paraprofessional not fulfill the 5 years of service with the District as covered by the licensure fee, the fee will be prorated and the council member will pay the District back for the prorated portion of the licensure fee for service not provided to the District. The District has the right to deduct any payback amount due from the final compensation check.
