License Fee Reimbursement. The Employer will pay for theatrical operator licenses for all employees covered by this Agreement who have worked at least ten (10) shifts in the previous year, which shall include at least two (2) shifts per quarter. The Employer will work with employees who do not meet the shift requirement due to a personal leave of absence. In the event that the Employer requires an individual to use a license in addition to the theatrical operator license, the Employer will reimburse that individual for that class of license at the next renewal period, provided the individual is then employed by the Employer.

License Fee Reimbursement. The Board will provide reimbursement to its current Employees for costs and fees associated with the renewal of Teaching Licenses and Pupil Activity Permits to a maximum of $250.00/yr. when provided with documentation within 30 days of payment by the Employee.

The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

  • License Fee The Licensee to shall make payment of the License Fee to Licensor on the date of this Agreement. All rights granted to Licensee by Producer in the Beat are conditional upon Licensee’s timely payment of the License Fee.
