Linen. Sun cream, fake tan, waterproof makeup and hair dye can cause permanent damage to bedding, linen and towels and we ask all guests to take care when using these products. If you plan to use them, we recommend that you bring some spare linen in order to prevent staining during your stay. If such staining occurs, although every effort will be taken to remove any stains if this is not possible, a charge may be levied to replace these items.
Linen. All bedrooms in Dormitories and Cluster Housing (4 Bedroom Units) have single extra‐long beds and mattresses (78” x 39” x 8”). Bedrooms in some apartments have double beds and mattresses. Bedrooms in two bedroom townhouses have queen beds and mattresses. Residence Services provides a mattress cover for each bed. Residents need to bring their own sheets (extra long for single beds), blankets, pillow and a pillow slip.
Linen. If the property includes linen and or bedding, if any is returned in an unreasonable condition (stained/soiled/damaged) or missing, then the cost to launder or replace will be charged.
Linen. 13.1 Bed linen is included with the rental.
Linen. All beds booked will be made up with clean bed linen, and towels for each guest will be supplied. Should the Client make a separate arrangement with the Owner for additional persons to be allowed to stay in the property, over and above the normal maximum, the Client and the Owner together shall make an agreement over bedding supply. The Owner recommends that Clients planning to use such products during their stay bring their own spare linen to prevent damage to items within the property. If damage/staining does occur and the items cannot be cleaned, a charge may be levied from the Cautionary Deposit to replace these items.
Linen. All bedrooms are equipped with a bed frame and mattress: • Dormitories and Pod-style housing floors have a single twin extra-long bed and mattress (78” x 39” x 8”) • Cluster Housing (4 Bedroom Units) have a single twin extra‐long bed and mattress (78” x 39” x 8”) in each bedroom. • Apartments have a single twin extra-long bed or double bed and mattress. • 2 bedroom cluster units have a queen bed and mattress in each bedroom. Residence Services provides a mattress cover for each bed. Residents need to bring their own sheets (extra long for twin beds), blankets, pillow and a pillow slip.
Linen. The City agrees to continue to provide existing linen and laundry service and station house cleaning services during the term of this agreement. Employees shall be responsible for maintaining their own bed linens. In exchange for maintenance of bed linens, the City shall provide to employees a monetary amount equal to the bed linen portion of the linen and laundry contract (1998/99 = $62). Such payment shall be made in the pay period including October 1. The City also agrees to continue to maintain, repair, and replace, when necessary, the dishwasher, conventional range/oven, and refrigerator currently in place at each of the three stations. The City further agrees to include within its maintenance, repair, and replacement responsibilities the microwave cooking equipment in place at each of the three (3) stations. The City and Association further agree that should damage occur to the items covered by this Section, through abuse or negligence, the individual employee or employees responsible for such damage shall be obligated to reimburse the City for the cost of replacement or repair.
Linen. Client must use the linen bag provided and not place linen in plastic bags, as mildew or permanent stains may result. Damage such as mildew, xxxxx, candle wax, pen markings, or tears will be billed to the client at the replacement cost of the item. Please return all linen dry and free of waste.
Linen. The Employer agrees to furnish all linen for the employees and the Union agrees thet all its members shall look presentable to the public and to the best of their ability work for the interest of the Company. The Union agrees that its members will keep the- mar kets in high class sanitary condition.
Linen. Station issue: Each station shall be issued a total of five (5) standard sets of supplemental linen, which shall be replenished as needed. Each station shall be issued one (1) dozen kitchen towels and 5 bath towels annually. The department shall maintain sufficient stock to satisfy emergency replacement items to personnel or stations.
