Individual Responsibilities. The individual shall:
(1) Provide a copy of the recorded property agreement.
(2) Provide documentation of the individual's proportionate share of the agreement if ownership of the property agreement is shared.
Individual Responsibilities. As a basic guide, every responder will base all actions and decisions on the ethical, moral and legal consequences of those actions. It is in this manner that positive and beneficial outcomes will prevail in all system events. Accordingly, system members will: - Keep the value of life and welfare of the victim constantly in mind - Remain cognizant of cultural issues including race, religion, gender and nationality - Abide by all local law enforcement practices, including its policy regarding weapons. - Abide by all regulations regarding the handling of sensitive information - Follow local regulations and agency protocols regarding medical care and handling of patients and/or deceased - Follow prescribed direction regarding dress code and personal protective equipment - Not carry firearms unless authorized - Not be in possession of non-prescribed or illegal substances - Will not consume alcoholic beverages while deployed - Only procure equipment through appropriate channels - Follow State and Federal regulations or restrictions regarding taking and showing pictures of victims or structures - Not remove any items from an operational work site as a souvenir - Not deface any property - Transit only via approved roadways and not stray into restricted area - Demonstrate proper consideration for other teams’ capabilities and operation practices - Not accept gratuities to promote cooperation
Individual Responsibilities. 11.1 Each member of Personnel who has been authorised to access a Beneficiary’s personal data shall themselves be personally responsible for the safekeeping of any information they obtain, handle, use and disclose.
11.2 Every member of Personnel should know how to obtain, use and share information they legitimately need to do their job.
11.3 Every member of Personnel has an obligation to request proof of identity, or takes steps to validate the authorisation of another before disclosing any information requested under this DSP
11.4 Every member of Personnel must uphold the general principles of confidentiality, follow the guide-lines set out in this DSP and seek advice when necessary.
11.5 Every member of Personnel should be aware that any violation of privacy or breach of confidentiality is unlawful and a matter that must be dealt with in accordance with the Sponsor’s disciplinary process. Criminal proceedings might also be brought against a member of Personnel as well as the Sponsor.
11.6 Every member of Personnel should be made aware that the sharing of information as part of this agreement only relates to the Beneficiaries and the Authority cannot enter into dialogue or information exchange about other immigration related matters or cases.

All Personnel are prohibited, either during or after the termination of their employment with KWA, from disclosing Confidential Client Information to any person or entity outside KWA, including family members, except under the circumstances described above. Personnel are permitted to disclose Confidential Client Information only to such other persons who need to have access to such information to deliver KWA services to the client. Personnel are also prohibited from making unauthorized copies of any documents or files containing Confidential Client Information and, upon termination of their employment with KWA, must return all such documents to the Firm Any person who violates the non-disclosure policy described above will be subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination, whether or not he or she benefited from the disclosed information.

Individual Responsibilities. The duties, obligations, and liabilities of the parties hereto are intended to be severable and not joint or collective. This Agreement is not intended to create, and shall not be construed to create an association or trust, a mining or other partnership or association for profit, joint venture or agency relationship, or to render the parties liable for acts, either of commission or omission, of any parties hereto. Each party hereto shall be individually responsible for its own obligations as herein provided.

Each of Sharp and HRH hereby unconditionally guarantees the full and punctual performance by Triples and HRHCO, respectively, of all obligations of such entity under this Agreement. Each of Sharp and HRH further agrees to carry out and be bound by this Agreement to the full extent that he has the capacity to do so.

Individual Responsibilities. Individual shall at all times during the Term of this Agreement be a member or new member in good standing of the Fraternity and the Chapter. Individual shall at all times abide by the rules and regulations of the University, the Fraternity and the Chapter, then in effect, including but not limited to the Constitution and Bylaws of Alpha Phi Fraternity and the Policies and Procedures of Alpha Phi International Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Phi International Fraternity’s Standing Rules, Alcohol Policy, Hazing Policy, and Risk Management Policy, as well as any Chapter House rules adopted and amended by the Chapter and/or House Corporation (collectively the “Rules”). By executing this Agreement, Individual acknowledges receiving, reading, and accepting the Rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth and made part of this Agreement. The Individual shall use the Chapter House only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and neither the Individual nor her guests, nor invitees nor agents shall use the Room or any other portion of the Chapter House property for any purpose or in any manner which violates the law, the Rules, or otherwise constitutes a nuisance. The Individual and her guests, invitees, and/or agents shall at all times comply with all local, state, and federal laws, ordinances ,regulations and orders; rules, regulations and policies (including, without limitation, the Rules) of the Chapter, the House Corporation, the University and any insurer of the Chapter, House Corporation or Fraternity.
