Common use of List of Holidays Clause in Contracts

List of Holidays. The following fourteen (14) days shall be considered paid holidays under the provisions, hereinafter set forth: New Year's Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx.'s Birthday, Xxxxxxx's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, Operator’s Birthday and two (2) Floating Holidays which shall be bid pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 9.9.
