List of Holidays. (a) Employees shall be given the following holidays without deduction of pay: New Year's Day Heritage Day Good Friday Easter Monday Queen's Birthday Canada Day Civic Holiday Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day Christmas Eve Day Christmas Day Boxing Day New Year's Eve Day and such others as are proclaimed as holidays by the federal, provincial or municipal government. (b) All days between Christmas Day and New Year's Day shall be time off with pay as described in Appendix "B" attached.
