Loading on Annual Leave. 19.10.1 An employee shall receive a loading of 25% on pay for annual leave, subject to a limit set and reviewed annually, in respect of the annual leave which accrued in the twelve months to 31 December each year. 19.10.2 Except that seven day continuous shift workers, in place of the annual leave loading prescribed in paragraph 19.10.1 shall be paid for their annual leave at the average rate paid as if working, including the shift provisions prescribed in clause 17 - Shift work.
