Maintain Premises. An AWL is permitted with the explicit understanding that it is your responsibility to ensure that a proper work environment is maintained. This means that dependent care arrangements, if any, must be made so as not to interfere with your work, and that personal disruptions such as non-business telephone calls and visitors must be kept to a minimum. You shall not invite third parties to visit your approved work location for the purpose of conducting University business unless you have written authority from your Chair/Supervisor. Inspections: To ensure that safe work conditions exist, you must conduct an initial and then annual self-inspection, self-inspection upon change of locations, and provide documentation to your Chair/Supervisor and Environmental Health and Safety. You will contact Baylor Environmental Health & Safety for the initial self-inspection form and for annual inspections. Your signature at the end of this document serves to grant a license to the University, its agents and representatives to inspect and have prompt access to the designated alternate workplace (identified above) at any time during your regularly scheduled working hours on any regularly scheduled workday, in order to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Maintain Premises. DESIGN-BUILDER shall, during the term of this Contract, keep the Site free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by DESIGN- BUILDER’s operations and shall maintain the Site in accordance with all applicable laws, codes, rules, regulations and ordinances of all governmental agencies having or claiming to have jurisdiction over the Site. DESIGN-BUILDER shall control dust, wind-blown rubbish or construction materials (with tarps, water or other approved materials) at all times and shall respond promptly to any complaints and shall take necessary measures to xxxxx any problems with dust or wind-blown rubbish. Further, at the completion of the Project, DESIGN-BUILDER shall promptly remove from and about the Site all of DESIGN- BUILDER’s tools, construction equipment, machinery, surplus materials, waste materials and rubbish and temporary fencing and barricades.
Maintain Premises. 4.4.1 Carry out those repairs to the Premises the liability for which is imposed upon the Landlord by Section 11 to 16 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 (as amended). This liability obliges the Landlord to repair and keep in good order: (1) the structure of the Premises and exterior (including drains gutters and pipes); (2) certain installations for the supply of water, electricity and gas; (3) sanitary appliances (including basins, sinks, baths and sanitary conveniences); and (4) appliances for space heating and water heating; but not other fixtures fittings and appliances for making use of the supply of water and electricity.
Maintain Premises. Lessee covenants that it will exercise the highest ----------------- duty of care to maintain the Leased Premises in a clean condition.
Maintain Premises. Until possession is transferred to BUYER at Closing, SELLER agrees to maintain the Business Premises, including heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems, built-in fixtures, together with all other equipment and Business assets included in this sale, in good working order, and to maintain and leave the premises in a clean, orderly condition.
Maintain Premises. Maintain the Premises including, but not limited to, snow removal and removal of debris from the roof and the gutters of that portion of the roof directly above the Premises. Landlord shall be responsible for removal of snow from the parking lot (said costs shall be added to the CAM charges).

Borrowers shall at all times maintain, preserve and keep or cause Tenant to maintain, preserve and keep, in accordance with the terms of the Leases, the Collateral, in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and shall from time to time make all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, and additions thereto so that at all times the efficiency thereof shall be fully preserved and maintained. Subject to the rights of Tenant under the Leases, Borrowers shall permit the Bank to examine and inspect Collateral at all reasonable times.
