Maintaining and Posting of Seniority List. The employer shall prepare, maintain and post the seniority list. The seniority list shall be prepared and posted according to law. A copy of the seniority list and subsequent revisions shall be furnished to the Association.

Maintaining and Posting of Seniority List. A. The Employer shall prepare and post a seniority list annually, and a copy shall be sent by February 1st to the Association President of designee. Any revisions to such seniority list shall likewise be posted and distributed. The accuracy of such seniority list shall be subject to the provisions of Article III of the Agreement.

Maintaining and Posting of Seniority List. ‌ The initial Seniority Lists for all employees shall be prepared by the Administration. A hard copy and electronic copy will be provided by the Administration and submitted to the President of the Association by February 1st of each year of this agreement. The Seniority List shall include seniority accrued in all positions the Employee has worked in the District from the first date of initial hire. The final list, inclusive of needed updates that result from any reported challenges, shall be sent to the President of the Association no later than ten (10) workdays after the District receives any challenges from the Association.

A final seniority list will be posted on or before March 1st. Any employee who fails to so notify the administration by February 15th, waives the right to challenge his/her placement on the list.
