MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS. Customer agrees to promptly report any problems arising out of the use of the Product(s) to the SHAPE representative named in the Evaluation Schedule. SHAPE will provide support for the Product(s) loaned hereunder in accordance with its standard procedures for evaluation products.

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS. Strata will be solely responsible for all, and, except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, Be will have no obligation to provide any, maintenance or support services to Strata or any of Strata's distributors, resellers or customers with respect to the Deliverables or the Modified Products. Further, Strata agrees that it will not refer any of its representatives, distributors, resellers or customers to Be for any help with any questions or problems relating to the Deliverables or the Modified Products, unless Be has expressly authorized Strata in writing to do so.   • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Support and Maintenance Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance services, Licensee’s initial support and/or maintenance term will begin upon delivery to Licensee of the Licensed Software and continue for one (1) year thereafter (or the length of the term if less than a year for any subscription/term license) unless otherwise specified in the applicable annual support and/or maintenance agreement, Product Order, or other written agreement executed between Licensor and Licensee. Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance for any Licensed Software, Licensee hereby agrees that it shall purchase such support and/or maintenance services for all of Licensee’s licensed units of such Licensed Software product. Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • Maintenance Support State Street shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct system functions that do not work according to the System Product Description as set forth on Attachment A in priority order in the next scheduled delivery release or otherwise as soon as is practicable.

  • Scope of Agency Services; DST Obligations A. DST utilizing the TA2000 System will perform the following services:

  • Margin Maintenance (a) If at any time the aggregate Market Value of all Purchased Securities subject to all Transactions in which a particular party hereto is acting as Buyer is less than the aggregate Buyer’s Margin Amount for all such Transactions (a “Margin Deficit”), then Buyer may by notice to Seller require Seller in such Transactions, at Seller’s option, to transfer to Buyer cash or additional Securities reasonably acceptable to Buyer (“Additional Purchased Securities”), so that the cash and aggregate Market Value of the Purchased Securities, including any such Additional Purchased Securities, will thereupon equal or exceed such aggregate Buyer’s Margin Amount (decreased by the amount of any Margin Deficit as of such date arising from any Transactions in which such Buyer is acting as Seller).
