Maintenance of Certification. As more completely described in the Trusted Publisher Guidelines, in order to maintain certification as a Trusted Publisher, Company shall:
a. Successfully post or have posted at least twenty (20) Digital Items per calendar year to a Distribution Channel.
b. Testing and Quality. Trusted Publishers shall self-test all Digital Items pursuant to the Trusted Publisher Guide. Additionally, all Digital Items posted on a Distribution Channel may be subject to periodic and random testing by Nextel. Any Digital Item that fails such periodic and random testing, as determined by Nextel in its sole discretion, may immediately be disabled or removed from a Distribution Channel without notice. Nextel may exercise its sole discretion and revoke Trusted Publisher certification for reasons including but not limited to three (3) Digital Items failing such periodic and random testing within any three (3) month period.
Maintenance of Certification. As more completely described in the Boost Mobile Trusted Publisher Guidelines, in order to maintain certification as a Boost Mobile Trusted Publisher, Company shall:
a. Successfully post or have posted at least twelve (12) Digital Items per calendar year to a Distribution Channel.
Maintenance of Certification. The SUPERINTENDENT shall, through the term of this Agreement, hold a valid certificate to act as Superintendent of Schools in the State of New York.
Maintenance of Certification. Maintain the certification (surveillance audits) - Extend or reduce the content of certification (special audits) - Renew the certification (recertification audits) - Suspend, or revoke the certificate
Maintenance of Certification. The Certifying Body conducts surveillance audits to ensure that the level of SM certified company is maintained in accordance with requirements of the standard(s). Surveillance audits are conducted according to the plan of surveillance audits. The surveillance audit plan is submitted to the certified company together with the Audit Report and certificates. The course of audit is equal to Stage 2 certification audit. If any changes to the scope of certification are identified during surveillance audit (e.g. on the client request), the changes must be documented by the head of the audit team in the Closing Audit Meeting Report of the audit team. He will advise the head of CO of such situation to jointly ensure possible revaluation of the scope of certification, etc. The output from surveillance audit is the decision to extend the validity period, or suspend or, as a last resort, revoke a certificate. An extraordinary audit of the certified organisation by the Certifying Body may be conducted: - To investigate a challenge of compliance with the certification criteria and obligations contingent upon the validity of the certificate, - If the certified organisation whose certificate was suspended applies for its consequent renewal, - If a breach of certification principles and obligations was identified during regular surveillance, - If any changes affecting the performance of certification principles and obligations contingent upon the validity of certificate occurred during regular surveillance, - In case of change in the scope and term of validity of the certificate (extension/reduction of the scope of certificate), and change in legal personality, or organisational structure, etc. Extraordinary audits are either based on amendment to the contract or a separate contract. Costs associated with conducting an extraordinary audit shall be borne by the certified company. The certification must be renewed before the expiry of the validity period. The renewal requires a full re-certification audit. To conduct the audit, a new certification contract at least 1 month before the expiry of the validity period of certification is required.
Maintenance of Certification. In the Above Certification areas where continuing education is required to maintain certification, $100 per year will be provided to each employee who successfully maintains said certification.
Maintenance of Certification a. Certification must be maintained and recertification must be completed for a nurse to continue to be eligible for bonus salary.
Maintenance of Certification. Fellowship certificates issued by the IAPD are time-limited for a period of five years. To remain an IAPD Fellow, dentists must complete Maintenance of Certification (MOC). The MOC process recognizes the dentist’s commitment to professionalism, lifelong learning and self-assessment, and the periodic evaluation of other competencies deemed necessary by the IAPD for the continued provision of high- quality paediatric dental care. Failure to complete continuous annual MOC requirements will result in the Fellow being required to apply for the entire process again including a full exam. The exact MOC requirement will be developed before the end of the five-year fellowship term. Fellows will be obliged to accept these terms as will be announced by the IAPD Fellowship Committee.
Maintenance of Certification. The Middle School Principal shall maintain appropriate certification in accordance with the regulations promulgated by the Massachusetts Department of Education.
Maintenance of Certification. 3.4.1. During the period of this Agreement, maintenance of the certification is required periodically at intervals defined in the Certification Policy. If the Supplier wishes its Product to remain active in the certification program, the Supplier must submit the appropriate documentation and pay the annual fee. The terms and conditions, responsibilities, timeframes, and process for maintaining the certification are defined in the Certification Policy. Failure to meet the requirements will result in the certification status being changed to inactive in the Certification Register. At that time, the Product is no longer considered certified.
3.4.2. The Supplier must pay the annual fee defined in the then current certification fee schedule published by The Open Group prior to the expiry date.
