Periodic Evaluation. The City shall conduct a review of the City’s Shoreline Master Program once every eight years, or as required by RCW 90.58.080. Using the information collected per regulation 8.14(1), the City shall evaluate the cumulative effects of authorized development on shoreline conditions.

Periodic Evaluation. There shall be periodic evaluation by the employer of all members of the bargaining unit as follows:
(1) in each of their first two appointment periods;
(2) once in every three years thereafter for those on standard appointments;
(3) once in every five years thereafter for those holding tenured appointments. The list of professional staff members to be evaluated in accordance with this schedule in an academic year shall be published at each college by October 1. This provision notwithstanding, the Board or its representative may initiate more frequent evaluation as appropriate. A professional staff member may also request more frequent evaluation, which request shall not unreasonably be denied. The professional staff member shall be notified in advance of the period (not to exceed two weeks) during which a classroom visitation for the purpose of evaluation is to occur.
Periodic Evaluation. The Committee shall evaluate the trainee’s performance while in training and the probationary periods by submitting monthly evaluation forms to Trainers, Control Room Operators, Unit Operators and immediate supervisors. The evaluation forms are to be returned to the Training Committee.

Periodic Evaluation. 1. The City may require evaluation sessions during the term of this franchise not more than annually, upon thirty (30) days written notice to Grantee. Grantee and City shall hold evaluation sessions after the fifth and tenth years of this franchise.
2. All evaluation sessions shall be open to the public. Grantee shall notify its Subscribers of all evaluation sessions by announcement of at least sixty (60) seconds in duration on at least one (1) basic service channel of the system between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for five (5) consecutive days preceding each session.
3. Topics which may be discussed at any evaluation session may include, but are not limited to, application of new technologies, system performance, programming offered, access channels, facilities and support, municipal uses of cable, customer complaints, amendments to this franchise, judicial rulings, FCC rulings, line extension policies, channel capacity for PEG access programming and any other topics the City and Grantee deem relevant.
4. As a result of a periodic review or evaluation session, the City may request Grantee to amend the franchise to provide additional services or facilities as are mutually agreed upon and which are both economically and technically feasible taking into consideration the remaining life of the Franchise.

The Program Director or faculty members shall be responsible to generate grades for each of the Students participating in the Program, which are to be reported in the Students’ records and based on Student achievement of specified skills as assessed by Affiliate’s staff and the Program Director or faculty members. The School agrees to inform that the Students are responsible for satisfactorily completing any required background checks, immunizations, and drug testing in accordance with procedures and timelines established by the Affiliate and approved by the University. The School shall require each Student to arrange and pay for health and liability insurance to cover the Student while participating in the Program at the Affiliate Facilities. Inform Students. Where applicable, inform Students that the Students are responsible for: Providing uniforms. Providing the necessary and appropriate uniforms that may be designated, but not provided, by the Affiliate. The Students may be required to wear and display their Student badge issued by the School along with the visitor badge provided by the Affiliate at all times while present inside the Affiliate Facilities. Arranging transportation. Arranging for their transportation to and from the Program and the Affiliate Facilities. Being financially responsible for emergency care. Being financially responsible for whatever emergency care is provided by the Affiliate to the Student for illness or accidents that occur while at or within the Affiliate Facilities. Supplying additional information. Be responsible for supplying any additional information reasonably required by the Affiliate prior to the beginning of each session of the Program.
