Change in Uniform. Should the sheriff or County alter, modify, or change, in anyway, the existing uniform requirements, the employees shall be given one (1) year’s notice prior to required compliance by deputies.
Change in Uniform. In the event that the uniform undergoes significant change in design, or where an Employee selects a single item which exceeds one third of the annual point allotment (e.g. dress uniform, three-season jacket), the Employee may choose to have the points required for these items deducted from his/her point bank in three (3) equal installments over a three (3) year period.
Change in Uniform. If the Employers should change or alter in a substantial manner the type or style of an item the Employee should furnish, the Employers shall pay for the first issue occasioned by said alteration.
Change in Uniform. If the Company initiates a complete change in the basic uniform style, Pilots will be provided, at no cost, with the new required uniform change pieces. A Pilot will be responsible to pay-off any remaining balance on prior uniform pieces.
Change in Uniform. In the event that there is a change or addition to the current 2 uniform, the Employer shall bear the cost of any such change or addition in excess of the one 3 hundred ($100.00) dollars applicable to said change or addition. 4
