9.2 Content and Data Management by GCI: We reserve the right to: (a) use, copy, display, store, transmit and reformat data transmitted over our network and to distribute such content to multiple GCI servers for back-up and maintenance purposes; and (b) block or remove any unlawful content you store on or transmit to or from any GCI server. We do not guarantee the protection of your content or data located on our servers or transmitted across our network (or other networks) against loss, alteration or improper access.

12.2 The network performance is measured and monitored automatically by VoIP Office. In order to further provide customized technical support we shall record and access information about your computer's profile, setting and installation of software. In case any adjustments are to be made then the same shall be done after taking your consent. You also consent to VoIP Office's monitoring of your internet connection and network performance, and the access to and adjustment of your computer settings, as set forth above, as they relate to the service.
12.3 VoIP Office is free to set limits upon the size of the communication that VoIP Office transmits or stores and the duration for which VoIP Office stores any communications any time during the course of this Agreement with prior notice to you. There is no obligation upon VoIP to store your communication logs, e-mails, faxes, voicemails or other messages and therefore VoIP has no liability whatsoever for any kind of deletion or failure to store any call log information, voicemails, faxes, e-mails, messages, and/or other communications maintained or transmitted by the Services.

YOU AGREE THAT BWTC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR DATA OR FOR THE BACK-UP OR RESTORATION OF YOUR DATA REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THIS DATA IS HOSTED OR MAINTAINED ON OUR SERVERS, A THIRD-PARTY’S SERVERS OR YOUR DEVICE(S). YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BACK-UP ANY IMPORTANT INFORMATION SEPARATELY FROM DATA STORED ON BWTC’S OR ANY THIRD PARTY’S SERVERS.

Thus, in the event of such occurrence, it is your responsibility to investigate the incident with the assistance of LUDECO INC, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, if so requested.
b. You agree that the internet is not owned, managed by, or in any way affiliated with LUDECO INC and LUDECO INC has no control over the information or materials accessed via internet through the use of the Service.
c. LUDECO INC. does not warrant that the Service provided will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free from viruses.

We also will access and record information about your computer's profile and settings and the installation of the Software in order to provide customized technical support. No adjustments to your computer settings will be made without your permission. You hereby consent to PUBLIC TELEPHONE COMPANY's monitoring of your Internet connection and network performance, and the access to and adjustment of your computer settings, as set forth above, as they relate to the Service. Storage of User Information. PUBLIC TELEPHONE COMPANY is not obligated to store Your communications logs, voicemails, faxes, e-mails, or other messages and does so only as a convenience to You.
