Mandated Media Center Five Day Work Week. 1. The basic work day of 7-1/2 hours shall be contained between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 10:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Such work hours shall include a thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch hour and two (2) normal rest breaks. Also, such work hours shall accumulate to the standard 37-1/2 hour work week.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday.   • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District.
