Inter-School Mail. The Association shall be serviced by the inter-school mail pick-up and delivery system, and will be afforded the use of school mail boxes for distribution of Association materials.
Inter-School Mail. The Association may use the inter-school mail distribution consistent with United States Postal Rules and Regulations.
Inter-School Mail. The Union may utilize the inter-school mail service to the same extent and under the same restrictions it is allowed to use bulletin boards under Section 6 and subject to the rules and regulations of the U.S. Postal Service; provided no boxes, books or other bulky materials will be sent through the inter-school mail.
Inter-School Mail. To use the inter-school mail system in the school's offices to distribute Association bulletins, newsletters, or other circulars.
Inter-School Mail. 1. The Association shall have the use of the interschool mail system, including the faculty mailboxes, for communicating with teachers. The Association further agrees that all Association-originated communications shall be distributed by an Association representative, and that any postage required for Association communications be provided by the Association.
Inter-School Mail. 46 The Association and its Representatives may use District inter-school mail and e-mail services for 47 normal communications with Employees provided such does not result in additional expense to 48 the District. All materials will be labeled as Association materials and bear the name of the 49 Association member originating the communication. Said use is subject to District procedures 50 which will include freedom from censorship by the District. The Association will accept all 51 responsibility for such Association communications transmitted through the inter-school mail or 1 distributed by the Association. The Association will hold harmless, defend, and reimburse the 2 District for any judgment, suit, action, or assessment against the District that result from the 3 District’s good faith compliance with this section.
Inter-School Mail. The Association shall have exclusive teacher organization right to the use of teacher receptacles and inter-school delivery service. Authorized teacher representatives of each building will be responsible for the placing of such materials and the contents thereof.
Inter-School Mail. The NEA shall have the right to use the inter-school mail system to distribute materials to their building representatives.
Inter-School Mail. The use of inter-school mail by the Union shall be continued, provided all material is clearly designated as material of the Union, and is signed by an officer of the Union. The Union accepts all responsibility for such material. If the Union uses school mail, Employer shall have no responsibility in any way in connection therewith. A letter box shall be supplied within each building for the Building Representative.
Inter-School Mail. The Association may use inter-school mail to disseminate information as approved by the building principal.
