The Executive Engineer (E) BSNL, Electrical Division, Guwahati can ask the agency for producing the original documents, if required, before opening financial bids.
(a) The intending bidder must read the terms and conditions of tender documents carefully. He should only submit his bid if he considers himself eligible and he is in possessions of all the documents required.
(b) In case of offline submission of financial instruments the original financial instruments like EMD shall be placed in a sealed envelope super scribed as “EMD” mentioning name of work, name of the bidder and shall be submitted as per ATC in the office of the Executive Engineer (E), Guwahati failing which the price bid will not be opened. The documents sent through post/ courier shall not be entertained. The hard copy of Xxxxxxx money deposit declaration in case of online submission of EMD/Tender Cost as per Annexure-II shall also be placed in the above envelop.
