Social Media Management a. SUDS will create a go-to-market digital ad calendar for the 90-day campaign, which will be provided to the Customer for approval prior to scheduling. This calendar only includes digital ads and not social engagement posts on the feed.
b. SUDS will not manage customer comments, direct messages, or reviews on any digital media platform.
c. SUDS can help with initial setup of social media pages and will provide Customer login credentials. Customer is responsible for keeping SUDS updated on any changes to the login credentials during the go-to-market campaign.
d. Customer will have access to social media accounts and is encouraged to supplement SUDS digital ads with additional posts using on-site photos at the car wash.

We also use social media as a way to connect with other related and complementary businesses and organizations, creating even more visibility. Your Service Agreement will outline your specific plan including the number of Social Media sites we will manage, and the number of management hours to be provided per month. Included in each plan are: regular postings on applicable social media platforms; branding and design of all platforms, and daily monitoring of platforms to respond to comments, messages, posts and spam. In addition, we will run contests and promotions (with Client approval). If additional hourly services are required by Client they can be purchased for the discounted rate contained in the Service Agreement. In the event of increased costs, we will proceed only after receiving both approval (written or oral) and payment from the Client. This Client approval shall be binding and incorporated into this agreement.

Social Media Management. During the Term and any extension(s) thereof, Company shall dedicate not less than two (2) of its employees on a full-time basis to manage and implement the various social media and marketing efforts and initiatives contemplated in connection with the Advisor’s performance of Services hereunder (each a “Company Contact”). All activities of the Company Contacts shall be subject to the advanced review and approval of Advisor. Advisor shall also have right of prior approval over each individual Company intends to allocate to the roles provided in this Section 3, and Company shall remove and replace any Company Contact upon the request of the Advisor (provided further that any such replacement also to be subject to the Advisor’s approval). The services rendered by Company Contacts will be in mutual cooperation with the Advisor to achieve the objectives of this Agreement. The Advisor acknowledges that the Company Contacts will coordinate with specific departments inside Company to carry out the business under this Agreement.

We will provide a two person team of dedicated social media manages to manage your account. We will post content on your social media platform(s) as well as interact with your followers. The goal of our posts will be to engage your followers on a consistent basis and create more visibility and loyalty to your brand. We also use social media to connect with other related and complementary businesses and organizations, creating even more visibility. With Social Media Management, we will manage all of your social media accounts. Included in each plan are regular postings on applicable social media platforms; branding and design of all platforms, regular monitoring and communication on platforms to engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, posts and spam. One round of revisions to the design is included for free, additional revisions will be available at the normal creative time hourly rate. Your Service Agreement will outline your specific plan including the monthly recurring price. We will run ads (Social Targeting Ads) on the various social media platforms at your direction. Up to 150 Ad Credits are included each month with your monthly Social Media Management package to be used to boost posts or purchase other types of social media ads. Additional Ad Credits may be added on demand.

This service covers planning, creation, and management of social media content as per the agreed-upon number of posts, which can include image posts, video content, and blogs. Clients are required to provide a general content direction and collaborate on final optimizations to ensure alignment with their marketing goals.

21.2. Idilio Studio will honor the components of Client’s chosen social media package, providing an agreement to a minimum six (6) months contract is served and monthly payments are received in advance.

4.5 Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, click- through rates, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations.
4.6 Xxxxxx a positive and interactive online community by initiating and participating in relevant conversations and discussions.
4.7 Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach targeted audiences, and drive specific objectives, such as training and event registrations and donations.
4.8 Use social media monitoring tools to track mentions, trends, and conversations related to STARTTS, its services, and industry topics, to inform marketing strategies and understand the audience's needs and preferences better.
4.9 Identify and collaborate with social media influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
4.10 Develop and implement a crisis management plan for handling potential social media crises or negative feedback.
4.11 Respond to sensitive or negative social media interactions professionally and promptly, coordinating with the Executive when necessary.
4.12 Curate relevant and shareable content from external sources to supplement STARTTS' social media calendar and enhance the organisation's thought leadership and credibility.
4.13 Establish an employee advocacy program for sharing STARTTS' content.
4.14 Provide guidelines and training to staff members on responsible social media sharing.
4.15 Develop and maintain social media guidelines and policies for STARTTS.
4.16 Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.
4.17 Support CEO in crafting effective social media messaging.
