Material Quality a. Electrical materials shall comply with the standards of the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., where that body has established test procedures for a class of material. Evidence of such compliance shall be the U. L. label, or “listing” under Re-examination Service.
(1) In general, specify top-of-the-line products of proven reliability. Although we are required to encourage competition, in the exceptional case where there is no equal to a product which it would be to our advantage to use, justification must be documented.
Material Quality. All goods and materials purchased and delivered pursuant to this Agreement will be of first quality and not damaged and/or factory seconds. Any materials damaged or not in first quality condition upon receipt must be exchanged within 24 hours of notice to the Contractor at no charge to County.

Material Quality. Provide the manufacturer's best quality trade sale type paint material. Paint material containers not displaying manufacturer's product identification will not be acceptable.

In COUNTY’s sole discretion, goods rejected due to damage, inferior quality, or workmanship may be returned to CONTRACTOR at CONTRACTOR’s expense and are not to be replaced except upon receipt of written instructions from COUNTY. If the COUNTY elects to have such goods replaced, they will be exchanged within 24 hours of notice to the CONTRACTOR at no charge to the County. All manufacturer, producer or seller warranties offered to any other purchaser are expressly available and applicable to County.
Material Quality. Only good quality materials and design will be accepted on any structure built on any Lot. Permastone and asbestos shingles are specifically prohibited. No concrete blocks shall be used above the finished ground elevation of any structure unless said blocks are covered with brick veneer, stone or other material approved by the ARC.
Material Quality. (1) Vendor shall ensure that all materials purchased and supplied against this Agreement will be of first quality and not damaged and/or factory seconds. Any materials damaged or not in first quality condition upon receipt in the sole judgment of the City, will be returned and removed by the Vendor at no cost to the City. City shall notify the vendor within 12 hours, when practical, of the unacceptable sod.
(2) Vendor shall replace sod that does not meet the City's requirement within twenty-four (24) hours of notice to the Vendor by the department representative.
Material Quality. Materials condemned by Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner as failing to conform to the Main Contract worked or not, shall upon notice from Contractor be immediately removed by Subcontractor. Failure of Contractor to immediately condemn any work or materials as installed shall not in any way waive Contractor’s right to object thereto at any subsequent time. Subcontractor warrants the Subcontract Work and materials furnished hereunder on the same terms, and for the same period, as Contractor warrants the work under the Main Contract. With respect to Subcontract's Work, Subcontractor shall owe all warranty obligations and responsibilities of Contractor under the Main Contract. All Subcontract warranties shall be in addition to and not in limitation of other warranties or remedies required and/or arising pursuant to applicable law.
Material Quality. 5.7.1. The CONTRACTOR shall verify the correspondence of the materials to material test reports or appurtenant paperwork. Such information shall be included on the red-line record drawing(s) to be provided to OWNER and outlined in Section 15 PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS.
5.7.2. The CONTRACTOR shall provide copies of all bill of ladings, packing slips, material test reports, manuals, etc., and all appurtenant paperwork supplied with received material(s) to the OWNER, or its agents.
5.7.3. When performing a cut on a certified material, the CONTRACTOR shall transfer the material heat number to all pieces associated with the cut prior to making the cut.
5.7.4. Material heat numbers shall be tracked and marked for inclusion in the final red-line drawing as outlined in Section 15 PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS. NOTE: Unless expressly called out as OWNER-supplied in the specification or on the drawings, all other material shall be supplied by the CONTRACTOR.
