Meal Breaks and Rest Breaks. Employees are entitled to a paid 20 minute morning rest break. An unpaid 30 minute meal break may be taken usually after the completion of between six and seven hours work. The taking of the rest breaks must be in accordance with the Company’s operational requirements.
