Medical and Training Facilities and Services. 1. The District commits that the girls' interscholastic athletics program at the High School, as a whole, will receive and have equivalent access to medical and training facilities and services, including the weight training and conditioning equipment, comparable to that provided to the boys' interscholastic athletics program, as a whole. 2. By September 30, 2018, the District will complete a fair and comprehensive evaluation and comparison of the medical and training facilities and services for the interscholastic athletics programs at the High School. The evaluation will include the following factors: availability of medical personnel and assistance; health, accident and injury insurance coverage; availability and quality of weight and training facilities; availability and quality of conditioning facilities; and, availability and qualifications of athletic trainers. 3. By October 31, 2018, if the District determines that the access to medical and/or training facilities currently provided to the High School’s boys' and girls’ interscholastic athletics programs are not comparable, the District will develop and implement a plan, including a timetable, for promptly providing the boys' and girls' teams with comparable access to such equipment and/or services. If the District determines that access to such facilities and/or services is comparable, the District will provide to OCR a report outlining that determination and the information, including appropriate documentation, upon which it is based, as reflected in Section VII.1, below.

Medical and Training Facilities and Services. In order to ensure equity between the women’s and men’s intercollegiate athletic programs, the University agrees to ensure that its men’s and women’s teams have access to medical and training facilities and services that are equivalent in the a) availability and quality of conditioning facilities; b) availability and quality of weight and training facilities; and c) availability and qualification of athletic trainers. To that end, the University agrees to develop a comprehensive plan detailing:
Medical and Training Facilities and Services. The District commits that the females in its athletic programs at the Chambersburg Area High School (the School), as a whole, will receive and have equivalent access to medical and training facilities and services, including weight training and conditioning equipment, comparable to that provided to males in the athletics program, as a whole.
Medical and Training Facilities and Services. The University agrees to provide equivalent benefits and opportunities to female and male student athletes with respect to medical and training facilities and services, including weight training and conditioning equipment consistent with the requirements of Title IX, the Title IX implementing regulation at 34 C.F.R. § 106.41(c)(8), and applicable OCR policies.
Medical and Training Facilities and Services. The University agrees to provide male and female student athletes equal athletic opportunity in the provision of medical and training facilities and services as required by Title IX and its implementing regulation, at 34 C.F.R. § 106.41(c)(8). By January 31, 2015, the College will complete an assessment of the medical and training facilities and services for its athletics programs to ensure the equivalent provision of medical and training facilities and services to the men’s and women’s athletic programs. The assessment will include, at a minimum: i. A review of the availability of medical personnel and assistance, a review of health, accident and injury insurance coverage, and a review of the availability and qualifications of athletic trainers; ii. A review of each weight, training, and conditioning facility available to student athletes, the teams by sex that use the facility, the schedule of use, the location of the facility, and the name and type of equipment in each facility; and iii. A copy of a campus map, which locates all of the facilities. c. By January 31, 2015, if the College determines that the access to medical and training facilities and services currently provided to the men’s and women’s athletics programs is not comparable, the College will develop and, once approved by OCR, implement a plan to ensure that female and male student athletes are provided with equivalent benefits and services in this area. If the College determines that access to such medical and training facilities and services is comparable, the College will provide to OCR a report outlining that determination and the information, including appropriate documentation, upon which it is based.

Related to Medical and Training Facilities and Services

  • Utilities and Services Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay promptly, directly to the appropriate supplier, all charges for water, gas, electricity, sewer, heat, light, power, telephone, telecommunication service, refuse pickup, janitorial service, interior landscape maintenance and all other utilities, materials and services furnished directly to Tenant or the Premises or used by Tenant in, on or about the Premises during the Term, together with any taxes thereon. If any utilities or services are not separately metered or assessed to Tenant, Landlord shall make a reasonable determination of Tenant’s proportionate share of the cost of such utilities and services, including without limitation, after-hours HVAC usage, and Tenant shall pay such amount to Landlord, as an item of additional rent, within ten (10) days after receipt of Landlord’s statement or invoice therefor. Alternatively, Landlord may elect to include such cost in the definition of Project Costs in which event Tenant shall pay Tenant’s proportionate share of such costs in the manner set forth in Section 4.2. Tenant shall also pay to Landlord as an item of additional rent, within ten (10) days after receipt of Landlord’s statement or invoice therefore or as part of “Project costs”, any after-hours HVAC usage charges incurred by Tenant. Landlord shall not be liable for damages or otherwise for any failure or interruption of any utility or other service furnished to the Premises, and no such failure or interruption shall be deemed an eviction or entitle Tenant to terminate this Lease or withhold or xxxxx any rent due hereunder. Landlord shall at all reasonable times have free access to the Building and Premises to install, maintain, repair, replace or remove all electrical and mechanical installations of Landlord. Tenant acknowledges that the costs incurred by Landlord related to providing above-standard utilities to Tenant, including, without limitation, telephone lines, may be charged to Tenant.

  • Use of Facilities and Services Subject to the rules of the University and the terms of this Agreement, the UFF shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other university-related organizations which are defined as follows: University-Related Groups and Organizations. These groups and organizations may or may not receive budgetary support. Examples of such groups include student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, alumni associations, faculty committees, University Support Personnel Systems council, direct support organizations, the United Faculty of Florida, etc.

  • Services and Facilities The Procuring Entity shall make available to the Service Provider the Services and Facilities listed under Appendix F.
