Medical Appointments for Employees. Employees should attempt to book appointments on a day off or during their off duty hours. When this is not possible, sick leave with pay shall be granted to Permanent Employees provided forty-eight (48) hours notice is given by the Employee (which will be waived by the Employer if an emergency exists), for the following: (a) routine medical and/or dental appointments not to exceed two (2) hours; and (b) minor medical and/or surgical procedures not to exceed four (4) hours.

  • Medical Appointments Medical appointments may be charged to sick leave, provided the minimum time charged is not less than one-half (1/2) hour. Each absence shall be reported separately and authorized in advance by the employee's immediate supervisor.

  • Responsibility for Evaluation Within each school the Principal will be responsible for the evaluation of employees assigned to that school. Evaluation will be made by the Principal or a qualified administrator. An employee assigned to more than one school will be evaluated by the Principal of the school in which the employee is assigned for the greater amount of time, with input provided by the Principal of the other school.
