Meeting and Conference Requirements. Unless an alternative directive is provided; meeting, conference, and audit support shall include the following: 5.1. Pfēnex shall schedule a kickoff meeting via on-site meeting with SAIC within 7 days of award. The agenda shall be provided by Pfenex in advance. The purpose of the kickoff meeting is formal introduction of key staff and project management, technical and contractual discussions, and initial action items required to initiate contract work. 5.2. Pfēnex shall participate in biweekly meetings and/or teleconferences with SAIC. Such meetings may include, but are not limited to, meetings to discuss the technical (e.g., assay designs and critical reagents), quality, schedule, regulatory, and contractual aspects of the program and site visits to Pfenex’s facilities. All visits to Pfēnex’s facility shall be prearranged. Pfēnex shall be responsible for preparing meeting agendas and summaries. Meeting minutes shall be captured by Pfēnex and are due to SAIC within 7 days after the completion of a biweekly teleconference.

Dow shall participate in biweekly meetings and/or teleconferences with SAIC.   • Conference requirement and procedure (i) The Employer, or the Employer’s representative, shall, when requested by the Employees or their Employee Representative/ Union Delegate, confer (within a reasonable period of time which should not exceed 1/2 hour) for the purpose of determining whether or not conditions are inclement. (ii) Provided that if the Employer or the Employers’ representative refuses to confer within such reasonable period, Employees shall be entitled to cease work for the rest of the day and be paid inclement weather.

  • Meetings and Conferences ‌ From time to time the Government may require attendance at Government conferences and meetings at no additional cost to the Government.

  • Audio Conferencing In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute per bridge rates ranging from $0.0095 to $0.3200 for the following Conferencing Services: Domestic Audio Conferencing: Fixed per-minute rates per participant for domestic Audio Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on method. Instant Replay Plus: Fixed per-minute per-participant rates for Instant Replay Plus usage using toll free number access and toll number access.

  • PRE-BID CONFERENCE Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, @ 2:00 PM, located at W220 Pre-con Conference Room, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B. Appropriately budget funds in order to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure that staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS.   • Church Conference Vote At least two-thirds (2/3) of the professing members present at a church conference of the Local Church must vote to disaffiliate from The United Methodist Church “for reasons of conscience regarding a change in the requirements and provisions of the Book of Discipline related to the practice of homosexuality or the ordination or marriage of self-avowed practicing homosexuals as resolved and adopted by the 2019 General Conference, or the actions or inactions of its annual conference related to these issues which follow.” Local Church shall provide documentation, to the satisfaction of Annual Conference, which evidences the result of the disaffiliation vote taken at the church conference. Such documentation must be certified by an authorized officer of Local Church and shall be included as an Exhibit A to this Disaffiliation Agreement.

  • Screening Requirements Practitioner shall ensure that all prospective and current Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons, by implementing the following screening requirements. a. Practitioner shall screen all prospective Covered Persons against the Exclusion List prior to engaging their services and, as part of the hiring or contracting process, shall require such Covered Persons to disclose whether they are Ineligible Persons.‌ b. Practitioner shall screen all current Covered Persons against the Exclusion List within 30 days after the Effective Date and on a monthly basis thereafter.‌ c. Practitioner shall require all Covered Persons to disclose immediately if they become an Ineligible Person.‌ Practitioner shall maintain documentation in order to demonstrate that Practitioner: (1) has checked the Exclusion List (i.e., a print screen of the search results) and determined that its Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons; and (2) has required its Covered Persons to disclose if they are an Ineligible Person. Nothing in this Section III.D affects Practitioner’s responsibility to refrain from (and liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by an excluded person. Practitioner understands that items or services furnished by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Practitioner may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Practitioner meets the requirements of Section III.D.
