Meeting Frequency and Agendas a. Beginning with the second quarter, the Council will meet a minimum of once each quarter to review the following, but not limited to, student learning data, evaluation data, survey results, District finances, contractual issues, and other items related to the council’s scope of work. b. The two chairpersons will jointly set the meeting agendas, schedule, and location, either remote or in-person as pandemic conditions permit. Participants will have the option to participate virtually should a face-to-face meeting be scheduled. c. Should there be any impacts to wages, hours, or working conditions the Council may make appropriate recommendations to the collective bargaining team. d. Collective communications will be relayed to affected schools following any negotiated agreements. e. As needed District administration and the PEA shall jointly sponsor one voluntary large group training meeting. f. Each committee shall meet a minimum of four times per year before or after school. A committee may choose to meet more frequently after school hours as needed.

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Notice of Board Meetings Notice of Board meetings shall be given by the Chair or the Chair’s designee to each other Board Member by overnight courier service, email or other electronic transmission, or personal delivery. Notices shall be deemed to have been given: if given by courier service, when deposited with a courier service for overnight delivery with charges therefor prepaid or duly provided for; if given email or other electronic transmission, at the time of sending; and if given by personal delivery, at the time of delivery. Notices given by personal delivery may be in writing or oral. Written notices shall be sent to a Board Member at the postal address, email address or address for other electronic transmission, designated by him or her for that purpose or, if none has been so designated, at his or her last known residence or business address, email address or address for other electronic transmission. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no notice of any meeting of the Board need state the purposes of the meeting.

  • PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE 18.01 Where the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting scheduled by the Employer, time spent at such meeting shall be considered time worked, in accordance with Article 14.03

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.

  • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.
