Meeting Timelines. All grievance conferences at Steps 1 and 2 will be held within ten (10) working days from the time the formal grievance request is received by the Department of Labor and Employee Relations.

Meeting Timelines. In each of the following steps of the grievance procedure, the Employer’s designated representative shall arrange a meeting or meetings with the Union representative named in the grievance at the earliest mutually agreeable time, and not later than the time limit provided for in the applicable step of the grievance procedure. Such meeting(s) may be waived by mutual agreement.

  • Meeting Rooms In accordance with Hospital policy, the Union may use designated meeting rooms of the Employer for meetings of the Local Unit, provided sufficient advance request for meeting facilities is made to the Director, Employee and Labor Relations, or designee, and space is available.
