Meetings and Recommendations Sample Clauses

Meetings and Recommendations. If chartered, the ARC will confer, either via conference call or in meetings, as needed throughout the year but will formally meet a minimum of once each year to review the status of ongoing cooperative efforts; identify opportunities, if any, for additional cooperative research areas; and suggest any expansion, modification, or completion of existing cooperative efforts. The Coordination Contacts and appropriate personnel may meet more frequently as necessary to evaluate specific cooperative efforts. The outcomes ofthese meetings will be documented by formal minutes with specific recommendations provided for decision by the Principals. There will be no transfer of funds or other obligations between NASA/OSMA and NRC/RES in connection with the MOD. Each will fund its own participation. All activities under or pursuant to this MOD are subject to the availability of appropriated funds and the agencies' respective funding procedures. NASA/OSMA and NRC/RES agree to assume liability for its own risks arising from or related to activities under this MOD. Any schedule or milestones in the MOD is estimated based on the Parties' current understanding of the projected availability of their personnel, facilities and equipment. In the event that either Party's projected availability changes, the other Party shall be given reasonable notice of that change, so that the schedule and milestones may be adjusted accordingly. The Parties agree that its own usage of any facilities, equipment, and personnel shall have priority over the usage planned in this MOD.
