Member Incentives. From time to time we may offer you coupons, discounts, or other incentives as part of our Member Incentives program. These coupons, discounts and incentives are not benefits and do not alter or affect your benefits under this agreement. You must be a member to be eligible for Member Incentives. Restrictions may apply to these incentives, and we reserve the right to change or stop providing Member Incentives at any time.

Members can use these tools to manage their personal accounts, create health records and access a host of online wellness interactive tools. Members also have access to a comprehensive wellness program that includes a personal health assessment and customized health report to assess any risks based on his history and habits. Exclusive discounts are also available to members on some health services such as fitness club memberships, diet and weight control programs, vision and hearing care and more. Member Incentives. The CONTRACTOR may offer Incentives to encourage a Medicaid Managed Care Member to change or modify behaviors or meet certain goals. The Department will not provide any additional payment or reimbursement for Member Incentives. The CONTRACTOR shall: Prepare a description of the Member Incentive(s) it seeks to offer and submit it to the Department for approval. The Department will review these proposals based on the Policies set forth in the Department’s Managed Care Policy and Procedure Guide. Upon approval by the Department, include and incorporate the Member Incentive as part of the CONTRACTOR’s benefit contract and included in the CONTRACTOR’s Medicaid Managed Care Member materials. Be responsible for transportation services if transportation is part of these Member Incentives. Notify the Department if the CONTRACTOR seeks to discontinue or modify a Member Incentive. Receive Department approval prior to implementing any modifications based on the schedule defined in the Department’s current Managed Care Policy and Procedure Guide.
