Membership of Committee. If the Committee consists of individuals appointed by the Board, they will serve at the pleasure of the Board. Any member of the Committee may resign, and his successor, if any, shall be appointed by the Board.

An employee must obtain through the usual channel prior permission of the Divisional/Regional Head or Head of Directorate of the Ghana Education Service before accepting membership of any Committee of a public body which may necessitate his absence from work during working hours. Divisional/Regional/District Directors must inform the Director-General about their engagement on Committees of public bodies.

The parties will designate their own representatives to the Committee, including one designee as co-chair. If agreed to by both parties in advance of the meeting, more than four (4) representatives of one or both parties may attend a meeting, particularly where additional subject matter expertise may be necessary.
Membership of Committee. 4.1 The Committee shall consist of the Chairs of the NHS West Suffolk and Ipswich & East Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group Remuneration and HR Committees and a minimum of two other members appointed by the Clinical Commissioning Group Governing Bodies, one of whom will be the Chair of an Audit Committee. Membership may include individuals who are not on the Governing Body.
