Method of Providing Services. Consultant shall be available for a teleconference meeting with the management of the Client at least twice per month during the Term. Consultant will perform Services, and may communicate with the Client's management and other parties, through personal meetings, correspondence, telephone or video conferences, and such other methods, and at such times, as mutually determined, subject to the reasonable convenience of the parties. Unless requested otherwise by the Client, Consultant shall communicate with the Client's management through the Client's President. Acting in good faith and consistent with ordinary business practices with respect to advisory relationships, Consultant shall devote a reasonable amount of time per month to the provision of the Services described herein provided that this does not materially conflict with Consultant's appointment at Institution.
Method of Providing Services. Consultant shall provide the Services using Consultant's facilities, offices, equipment, computers, and other tools. Client shall make available office facilities for Consultant to use when Consultant is required to be physically present at Client's offices in order to deliver the Services. Consultant may be provided with an email address, data storage, and a phone extension provided by Client for communication with parties as required in order to deliver the Services, but shall not be required to use same. Consultant shall be available for a teleconference meeting with the management of the Client on a regular basis during the Term, as reasonably requested by Client and as necessitated by delivery of the Services. Consultant will perform Services, and may communicate with the Client's management and other parties, through personal meetings, correspondence, telephone or video conferences, and such other methods, and at such times, as mutually determined, subject to the reasonable convenience of the parties. Unless requested otherwise by the Client, Consultant shall communicate with the Client's management through the Client's President. Acting in good faith and consistent with ordinary business practices with respect to advisory relationships, Consultant shall devote a reasonable amount of time per month to the provision of the Services described herein provided that this does not materially conflict with Consultant's other responsibilities and activities as determined by Consultant.
Method of Providing Services. Yoga Teacher will conduct themselves and their classes during the Yoga Retreat in a manner consistent with commonly accepted professional standards.

The Consultant will perform services, and may communicate with the Company and other parties, through telephone or video conferences, personal meetings, email, correspondence and such other methods, and at such times, as Consultant may determine, subject to the reasonable convenience of the parties. The Consultant shall not be required to devote a specific or minimum number of hours to the Company's business, and shall allocate such time as is reasonably required to provide, in an effective manner, the services contemplated by this Agreement. Advisor shall be available for a teleconference meeting with the management of the Company at least once per month during the Term. Advisor will perform Services, and may communicate with the Company’s management and other parties, through personal meetings, correspondence, telephone or video conferences, and such other methods, and at such times, as mutually determined, subject to the reasonable convenience of the parties. Unless requested otherwise by the Company, Advisor shall communicate with the Company’s management through the Company’s President. Consultant shall furnish its own materials, equipment, supplies, expenses and other resources necessary to perform the Services. The Company shall provide Consultant with access to its materials, information and systems to the extent necessary for the performance of the Services and subject to the confidentiality obligations herein.

2.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 2.1, given the special services to be rendered, the Manager shall be at all times at the Company’s disposal, and may be asked to provide Serviceseven during festivities if need be. Such hours or days worked on non-business days will be compensated with hours or days of leave with the prior agreement of the Company.
2.3 Manager may interrupt the rendering of his/her services during a maximum of [insert number] Business days for each year of duration of this Agreement, in one or more periods and preferably during the month(s) of [insert month(s)]. When determining the length and dates of such interruptions, the Manager shall take into account the needs of the Company. 2.4 Each of the contracting Parties shall bear their respective legal obligations regarding affiliation and contribution to the Special Scheme for self-employed Social Security, withholding of income tax of individual persons and any other obligation that results from current regulations in force. 2.5 The Manager will perform the Services under the supervision and direction of the Company’s Board of Directors (2).
