METHOD OF RESERVATIONS. Reservations for the Event will be made by a rooming list in a format provided by the Hotel. University of North Texas will forward its rooming list by Friday, October 16, 2020.

Requests for reservations will be made by contacting the University, (Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx: phone 000.000.0000; email xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx), or by contacting the Xxxxxxx Center on-site Manager, Xxx Xxxxxxxx: phone 000.000.0000; email xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. The University or the on-site Manager will confirm receipt of the reservation request within 48 hours. The on-site Manager will respond, within 5 working days, to requests with more information about renting the Xxxxxxx Center facilities. No reservation is confirmed until this Agreement is signed by both Parties to the Agreement, and the Renter has submitted payment in full.
METHOD OF RESERVATIONS. Each person attending the event (“guest”) is responsible for making his/her own room reservation with a major credit card. Guests will be directed to mention MINNESOTA STATE and the Title of the Event when making a reservation.
METHOD OF RESERVATIONS. From the moment this contract is accepted, we will be holding your contracted guest room block for the use of your attendees. In order to assign individuals to specific rooms, room reservations will be required. We understand that your guests will be making their own reservation by phoning in their reservation requests or securing online. For on-line reservation, please contact your Group Housing Coordinator for a personalized GroupMAX by Passkey booking link. For phone in reservations, guests should use the following number: 0-000-000-0000. For on line reservations, please contact your Group Housing Coordinator for a Group Reservation Code. It is important that each of your guests contact the hotel by the reservation due date, July 9, 2021 and identify themselves as part of your group, and provide us with guest name, requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen, twin or suites), check-in and check-out dates, and VIP status. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. It would be appreciated if the Hotel could be included on the attendee mailing list, to stay informed as to when reservations are likely to begin arriving. The Hotel does not confirm reservations in writing.
METHOD OF RESERVATIONS. Individual Call-In: By calling Hotel's toll free Reservation Line, 000-000-0000, individuals can make their own reservations. For individuals to receive the established Group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the Georgia Coastal Aquatic team Group initially when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the group’s cut-off date. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and the most available rate.
METHOD OF RESERVATIONS. Reservations for the Event will be made by individual call in and web based reservations process ready no later than May 31, 2020 in a format provided by the Hotel. Group will forward its rooming list, or individual reservations will be made, by September 25, 2020.
METHOD OF RESERVATIONS. Individual Reservations – Group Code: SUW0301 The Group has elected to have its attendees make reservations directly with the Hotel. The attendees must contact the Hotel’s Reservation Department at 0-000-000-0000 before the Cut-Off Date and must identify themselves as being part of the Group and quoting the group code SUW0301 in order to receive the negotiated rates. Individual guests will be required to guarantee their reservations for arrival by use of a major credit card.
METHOD OF RESERVATIONS. All reservations for this affiliate block will have a unique URL link to reserve rooms. All rooms reservations must be reserved on or before 5:00pm MTD Monday, March 1st, 2021. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FEE Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable public improvements fee or “PIF” (currently 2.5% of the room rate per room per night) in effect at the time of check in. The PIF funds public and private infrastructure and facilities improvements and amenities benefiting the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. The PIF is not a government tax; it is a privately imposed fee and is subject to applicable state and local taxes. Group will clearly and conspicuously disclose the PIF to its attendees in writing. Triple Crown Sports 2021 Tournament and (Texas Glory) is solely and fully responsible for informing its attendees of this charge, and that it is separate and distinct from and in addition to the room rate and from taxes. Group will not combine this charge into any category such as taxes or room rate. Should any attendee object to paying the PIF because of inadequate notice of the fee, the amount of the PIF to which such attendee objects will be posted to (Texas Glory).

Individual attendees will make reservations for the Event directly with the hotel’s reservations department at (313) 123-4567. The Hotel will provide a personalized reservation page for ease of on line reservations by 11/1/13.
