Room Rates. The room rates are set by UNC each year and establish the Housing & Dining rates for the following academic year. These rates are subject to change prior to hall opening.
Room Rates. Resident agrees to pay the Residence Hall or Apartment Room rates, as established by the University, based on the nature of the room assignment made for Resident. Room Rates. Xxxxx housing students will have two weeks upon commencement of the semester to change their room status from a single room to a double room rates will apply accordingly. This same standard is true for students wishing to move from XX Xxxxxx Complex to Xxxxxx Xxxx. Depending on availability, if after two weeks a student wishes to move from a single room into a double room in Xxxxxx Xxxx, South Site, or X.X. Xxxxxx, they may do so, but are obligated to pay the full single room semester rate. If a student wishes to move from the X.X. Xxxxxx Complex to Xxxxxx Xxxx or South Site two weeks after the semester begins, they may, if availability allows, but are obligated to pay the full Xxxxxx Complex room semester rate.

Room Rates. A. All room rates are valid for the periods specified in Exhibit A. Sunday through Thursday nights will receive the midweek rate. Friday and Saturday nights will be subject to the weekend rate.

C. Room rates do not include Xxxxx County tax (currently nine per cent {9%}) or other applicable taxes or charges imposed by authorities on the sale of room nights (currently none). The taxes and charges are subject to change without notice. The taxes and charges in effect on the date the room night is used will be added to the room rate.
D. Room rates do not include any commission, fee or other payment to SUPPLIER. HOTEL is not responsible for payment of any commission, fee or other payment to SUPPLIER.
