Minimising Unproductive Time. The start and finish time is “at the workplace” as nominated by the Company.
Minimising Unproductive Time. Hours of starting and ceasing shall be as determined by the Company to meet the requirements of the Project within the span of hours prescribed in clause 5.1. The start time is ‘at the work face’.

The start and finish time is ‘at the work face’. All employees shall be changed and ready for work at the designated location (work face) as determined by their Supervisor, the commencement of paid working time. Further, notwithstanding any other provision of this Clause 11 the parties recognise that full utilisation of employees to complete project works is critical to the success of the project. Where an employee is required to work on a scheduled/designated RDO the employer will reschedule hours and the RDO to an agreed time after consultation with affected employees.
