Hours of Work - Day Work. 14.2.1 The ordinary hours of work for full time base rate FTMs working day work, shall be 38 per week. 14.2.2 An FTM will also be expected to work reasonable additional hours. 14.2.3 The maximum ordinary hours of work on any one day shall be 10 hours. 14.2.4 Subject to clause 14.2.6(a), the spread of hours for ordinary work shall be 5.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Sunday inclusive. 14.2.5 Work shall be performed in accordance with the following work patterns: (a) 5 days on, 2 days off; or (b) 10 days on, 4 days off; or (c) 11 days on, 3 days off; or (d) 21 days on, 7 days off; or (e) any other reasonable combination as determined by the Company. 14.2.6 The Parties agree that the flexible arrangements outlined in this clause will be implemented to meet operational needs, as deemed necessary by the Company: (a) When the Company considers it necessary on account of climatic and/or traffic conditions or to cater for the needs of a particular site or workplace generally, the Company may alter the span of ordinary working hours prescribed in clause 14.2.4 by 4 hours at either end, without payment of overtime, provided the maximum number of ordinary hours in any one day, as prescribed by clause 14.2.3, is not exceeded. This will only occur following consultation and agreement with the directly affected FTMs. (b) To allow greater continuity of operation, weekends may be worked as part of ordinary hours. Any such work done on weekends shall attract an additional loading of 50% on Saturday and 100% on Sunday. In such circumstances, all hours worked beyond 10 hours on a weekend shall be paid at appropriate rates as prescribed by clause 14.3.3 and 14.3.4.

Hours of Work - Day Work. (a) The ordinary hours of work of day workers will be an average of thirty-six (36) hours per week over 144 hours per four week cycle. Ordinary hours of work may be rostered and averaged over 7, 14, 21 or 28 days provided that all work performed on the weekend will be paid at overtime rates. (b) The ordinary hours of work will be worked between the hours of 6.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive or as otherwise agreed between the majority of affected employees and the Company. (c) Where RDO systems are worked: (1) The Company, by agreement with the majority of affected employees, may substitute a designated RDO for another day to allow greater continuity of operation. (2) The Company and majority of affected employees may agree that a maximum of five (5) rostered days off be accumulated before any RDO is taken, provided that: (i) The Company will not be required to pay overtime rates for any RDO worked in the above circumstances; and (ii) Such accrued RDOs shall be taken within a period of six (6) months from the date of the banking of the first RDO, provided that where agreed with the Company, an employee may accrue RDOs for a specific purpose

Hours of Work - Day Work. (a) Ordinary hours The ordinary hours of work shall be averaged and shall be worked between the hours of 6.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive or as otherwise agreed between the employee and the employer. The ordinary hours of work shall average thirty six (36). The ordinary hours will be worked and paid on the basis of 7.2 hours per day derived by taking l/36th of the employee's all-purpose rate, with 0.4 of an hour accruing as an entitlement to take a paid Rostered Day Off (RDO) in each four-week cycle. Overtime penalties will commence after 7.6 hours have been worked, with associated pro rata times and penalties applying. Eg. meal breaks and meal allowances (b) An employer may agree with its employee(s) to substitute a designated rostered day off (RDO) for another day to allow greater continuity of operation. Where both parties agree that it would be impractical and/or of limited benefit to the employee to take the designated RDO, it is agreed that a maximum of five (5) rostered days off may be accumulated before any RDO is taken, provided that: (1) No employer will be required to pay overtime rates for any RDO worked in the above circumstances; and (2) Such accrued RDO's shall be taken within a period of six months from the date of the banking of the first RDO, provided that where agreed with the employer, an employee may accrue RDO's for a specific purpose ie "Annual Holidays". (c) Where the scheduled RDO falls on a public holiday the next working day shall be taken in lieu of the rostered day off unless an alternate day in that four-week cycle or the next is agreed between the employer and the majority of the employees concerned.
Hours of Work - Day Work. 28.1 The Ordinary Hours of Work for an Employee working Day Work shall be an average of thirty-eight (38) hours per week, but shall not exceed one hundred and fifty two (152) hours in a twenty-eight (28) day period. 28.2 The Ordinary Hours of Work of a Day Worker are to be worked continuously, except for meal and rest breaks to be taken at a time determined by the Employer, between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm. 28.3 In the case of a Distribution Centre Employee the Ordinary Hours of Work of a Day Worker are to be worked continuously, except for meal and rest breaks to be taken at a time determined by the Employer, between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm. 28.4 The Ordinary Hours of a Day Worker may be worked on any day or all days Monday to Friday. 28.5 The spread of Ordinary Hours may be altered by up to one hour at either end of the spread, by agreement between the Employer and the majority of Employees who will be affected by the alteration. 28.6 Any work performed in excess of the Ordinary Hours shall be paid for at overtime rates.

(b) The ordinary hours of work (other than shift work) shall be worked between the hours of 6.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive unless otherwise agreed between the majority of affected employees and the Company.
