Minimum Break between Shifts. The roster for all full-time employees shall provide for a minimum of 10 hours break between the finish of ordinary hours on one day and the commencement of ordinary hours on the following day. In the case of changeover of rosters, 8 hours shall be substituted for 10 hours.
