Mission of EDCO Collaborative: The mission of EDCO Collaborative is to cooperatively develop and deliver high quality and cost-effective programs and services for students, school districts, partner organizations and communities; to improve education through inter-district and inter-agency collaboration; and to enhance equity, intercultural understanding and equal opportunity in education.

MISSION, OBJECTIVES, FOCUS, AND PURPOSES. Shore Educational Collaborative's mission is to demonstrate excellence, expertise and experience that will make us the agency of choice for students and adults with unique challenges. The purpose of Shore is to create and provide high quality, outcomes-driven, and cost- effective services for students, adults with disabilities, school districts, state agencies, families and other community stakeholders. The focus of Shore is to provide programs and services that are specialized, unique, and economical based on our expertise and experience. Program development and delivery will be responsive to the needs of our stakeholders, i.e. recipients of service, purchasers of service, and other community and family partners. The overall objectives of Shore are:

The purpose of READS Collaborative is to complement the educational programs of local school districts and to respond to additional needs of Member Districts as determined by the Board of Directors (herein, “the Board”). Such programs and/or services maximize cost efficiency and program effectiveness through a Collaborative effort. Not withstanding any other provision of these articles, the Collaborative is organized exclusively for education purposes, as specified in Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by an entity exempt from Federal Income tax under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No substantial part of the activities of the Collaborative shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, or participating in, or intervening in (including the publication or distribution of statements), any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office. The focus of READS Collaborative is the provision and creation of special education programs and services in the least restrictive environment, the provision of diagnostic assessments for children within the local communities, and the delivery of professional development for educators. The overall objectives of READS Collaborative are:

  • Specific Objectives In accordance with Articles 34 and 35 of the Cotonou Agreement, the specific objectives of this Agreement are to:

  • Objectives and Scope 1. The Parties confirm their joint objective of strengthening their relations by developing their political dialogue and reinforcing their cooperation.

  • Scope and Objectives 1. This Partnership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the rights and obligations of the Parties and sets forth the terms and conditions of their cooperation in the implementation of the Project.

  • Purpose and Objectives The purposes and objectives of this Agreement are:

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer provides nutritionally appropriate and regulatory compliant emergency nutrition solutions to hospitals and other care facilities. Taxpayer has certified in its application that absent award of the CCTC, the project may occur in another state and it may terminate all or a portion of its employees in California or relocate all or a portion of its employees in California to another state. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to hire full-time employees and invest in a facility, furniture and fixtures, computer equipment, and software licenses as part of its expansion in Sacramento County, California (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit A (“Milestones”). In addition, Taxpayer must maintain the three (3) employee based Milestones (“Total California Full-Time Employees,” “Minimum Annual Wage of California Full-Time Employees Hired,” and “Cumulative Average Annual Wage of California Full- Time Employees Hired”) for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of full-time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Wage of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Wage of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the wages of any of the full-time employees hired within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Wage of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Wage of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the wage of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, the wage of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.
