Mobile Employees. If the Grantee is a mobile employee, meaning that they are based in different tax jurisdictions during the course of their employment or that they are or may be subject to tax in more than one country, state or territory, the Grantee is strongly encouraged to inform the Company and to speak with their own personal tax adviser regarding the tax treatment of their participation in the DIP Fund Award.

Mobile Employees. If you are a mobile employee, meaning that you are based in different jurisdictions during the course of your employment and/or your participation in the Plan or that you are or may be subject to tax in more than one jurisdiction, you are strongly encouraged to inform the Company and to consult your personal tax adviser(s) regarding the tax treatment of any Plan benefits. You should also review the provisions in Part B below that are specific to each jurisdiction which may be applicable to you.
Mobile Employees. (a) All employees designated "mobile" shall receive a monthly payment of $40 in addition to their regular monthly salary. Effective April 1, 2019 - $40.80, effective April 1, 2020 - $41.62 and effective April 1, 2021 - $42.45.

This provision applies to the extent that any such terms and conditions are considered by the Company to be necessary or advisable in order to comply with local laws, rules and regulations, to facilitate the operation and administration of the Award and the Plan or to otherwise accommodate your transfer. You accept that the Plan documents, including all related communications, may be in the English language only and it is possible that no translated or interpreted versions will be provided. The English version of such documents will always prevail in the event of any inconsistency with translated or interpreted documents. You agree that you are responsible for ensuring that you fully understand the Plan documents.
Mobile Employees. That, if a Participant is a mobile employee, meaning they are based in different jurisdictions during the course of their employment or they may be subject to tax in more than one country, such Participant is strongly encouraged to inform XPO and to speak with a personal tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of this Award.
Mobile Employees. The work week shall normally be four (4) days, between Monday to Friday, to; hours daily. Mobile employees are normally assigned to work in a specified geographical area.

  • DISCIPLINE OF EMPLOYEES Section 1: All charges preferred by the Employer against its employees for violation of its rules or other offenses must be preferred within five (5) days after any such alleged violation or offense has been made known to the official or officials of the Employer or their designees. If the charges are not preferred within the time limits set forth herein, such alleged violation or offense shall be forever barred and extinguished, provided, however, that any violation of the rules pertaining to the mishandling of fares or mis-appropriation of the Employer's funds or property shall not come within the scope of the foregoing provisions of this Section. Additionally, any discipline meted out in other than fare violations must be begun within five (5) days of notification to the employee. Section 2: If any employee is charged with an offense involving the mishandling of fares, drunkenness, possession or use of an illegal substance or the misappropriation of the Employer's funds or property, neither such charges nor discipline meted out in connection therewith shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedures provided for in this Agreement unless and until the grievance and/or demands for arbitration in such cases be accompanied by a signed authorization from the employee involved releasing the Employer and the Union to submit any and all information and facts pertaining to the case to whomever they may concern. Section 3: When the Employer disciplines an employee and/or places a written entry of the incident in the employee's file, the employee and Union involved shall be furnished a copy of the entry. An employee may examine and copy from his/her own employee file at any reasonable time. After thirty (30) months all materials pertaining to discipline in an employee's file will not be used for disciplinary purposes. Section 4: If, as a result of investigation or upon appeal, the discipline, suspension or dismissal of an employee is found to have been without just cause, his/her record of the alleged offense will be cleared, and if time has been lost, the employee will be paid for such loss of time by the Employer in accordance with the amount s/he would have received had s/he not been held from service.

  • Active Employees Active Employees who have not terminated service during the Plan Year and who meet the following requirements (select all that apply; leave blank if no exclusions): a. [ ] The Employee must be at least age (e.g., 55) b. [ ] The value of the sick and/or vacation leave must be at least $ (e.g., $2,000) c.   • Hiring of Employees Company and Shareholders shall cooperate with all requests made by Pentegra for the purpose of allowing Pentegra to hire those non-dentist employees of Company designated by Pentegra, such employment to be effective as of the Closing Date. Notwithstanding the above, Company and Shareholders shall remain liable under any Company Plans for any claims incurred by any employees or their spouses or dependents, and for all compensation, bonuses, benefits and other such items and other liabilities related to Company's employees incurred by Company prior to the Closing Date.

  • New Employees The Employer agrees to acquaint new Employees with the fact that a Union Agreement is in effect.

  • Transfer of Employees At least three (3) regular work days' notice shall be given to the Union and the employees before workers are transferred from one reporting headquarters to another reporting headquarters. Upon failure to give three (3) days' notice, as stated above, the Employer shall pay one (1) additional day's subsistence for each day notice is not given, as defined in paragraph 5.2 to the existing shop headquarters. Where such penalty is applicable, it shall be based upon the headquarters from which the employee is being transferred. The notice of transfer required by this Section to be given to the Union shall be in writing to the Local Union's Business Office. The postmark date of such letter shall govern compliance. If the transfer is the result of the employee's request made through his/her Xxxxxxx or if no Xxxxxxx is available, the Business Representative, the reimbursement shall be waived.

  • Non-Recruitment of Employees During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit or induce any Employee to (i) terminate his or her employment relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or (ii) work for any other person or entity engaged in the Business.

  • Other Employees Except as may be required in the performance of Employee’s duties hereunder, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person now or hereafter employed by the Company or any of its affiliates to terminate such employment. This obligation shall remain in effect while Employee is employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter.

  • Status of Employees The employees involved in a job sharing arrangement will be classified as regular part-time and will be covered by the provisions of the applicable Collective Agreement.
