Mobile Financial Services. A. Once you enroll for Mobile Financial Services, designated Eligible Accounts and payees (or billers) will be accessible through Mobile Financial Services. Mobile Financial Services (e.g., viewing balances, searching for transactions, viewing transactions, internal transfers, SMS text alerts and service, and the Mobile Deposit Service), may be added, reduced or modified by us from time to time without prior notice except as required by law. By using these services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the rules that will be made available to you concerning these services. We may also modify, reduce or expand the geographic areas in which we offer Mobile Financial Services or any of its functions or services. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Financial Services. B. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and other Account Documentation, you may also use Mobile Financial Services to make mobile deposits of checks to your qualifying Eligible Accounts using our Mobile Deposit Service. To activate the Mobile Deposit Service, you must separately enroll for this service through Mobile Financial Services. This service is subject to additional terms and conditions, and your use of such service will constitute your acceptance to these additional terms and conditions. For additional information about this service, please click on the link for the Mobile Deposit Service available through Mobile Financial Services. C. We do not guarantee functionality of Mobile Financial Services (or any specific Software that we provide with respect to Mobile Financial Services) on all Mobile Devices, on all communication networks, in all geographic regions, or at all times. We may elect to discontinue Mobile Financial Services (or any of the services that we provide, from time to time, through Mobile Financial Services) at any time. If we choose to discontinue Mobile Financial Services, we will provide you with reasonable notice. We make no representation that any content or use of Mobile Financial Services is available for use in locations outside of the United States. Accessing Mobile Financial Services from locations outside of the United States is at your own risk.

Mobile Financial Services. 5.1. The Electronic Wallet is opened for each Client to conduct operations within the Elsom system. The Electronic Wallet is tied to the Client's mobile phone number. 5.2. The Electronic Wallet Services usage procedure is indicated on the Elsom Website. The Issuing Bank is entitled to amend the list of the services provided and the usage procedure subject to Clients notification by posting the relevant information on the Elsom Website. 5.3. The Electronic Wallet operations are carried out on the basis of the Operation Order. The Operations may be carried out based on other grounds specified in this Agreement, in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and in the relevant regulations of the Issuing Bank posted on the Elsom Website. 5.4. Among other things, the Issuing Bank conducts Electronic Wallet Operations without the Client’s Order in the following cases: 5.4.1. Writing-off of the Commission payable by the Client in accordance with the Rates; 5.4.2. Writing-off the charges (fine, penalty) stipulated by this Agreement (including the Rates or service conditions) and/or other documented expenses of the Issuing Bank incurred as a result of the services provided to the Client hereunder; 5.4.3. Enforcement of the balance (part thereof) of Electronic money in the manner prescribed by law; 5.4.4. Writing-off the funds erroneously credited to the Client’s Electronic Wallet; 5.4.5. Writing-off the Client’s indebtedness, incurred as a result of the following circumstances (including, but not limited to): • use by the Client of erroneously credited Electronic Money; • funds withheld by the Issuing Bank to be returned to the Payer when the Payer disputes an Electronic Wallet replenishment operation; • technical overspending; • without the Client’s order and consent, writing-off funds to repay the disbursed loan/account overdraft and interest accrued, as well as other funds under the Client’s obligations to the Bank, including those not related to banking services, but arising from other legal relations between the Bank and the Client. 5.4.6. Writing-off the amount of the Operation made with the Payer's Electronic Wallet without the knowledge and consent of the Payer, in the event that the Issuing Bank decides to reimburse the Payer the amount of the Operation made without their consent; 5.4.7. Writing-off the Commission when crediting funds received through international money transfer systems; 5.4.8. in other cases stipulated by the legislation, local regulations o...

The provision of MFS requires compliance with applicable local and international anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism laws and regulations. As a provider of MFS, we are required to register as a remittances agency with the Superintendence of Banks and to implement certain suspicious transaction monitoring procedures and are subject to certain know your customer requirements. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Our Services As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. However, in certain circumstances we may act for and owe duties of care to other parties, including the insurer. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any possible conflict of interest. We offer a wide range of products and services which may include: • Offering you a single or range of products from which to choose a product that suits your insurance needs; • Advising you on your insurance needs; • Arranging suitable insurance cover with insurers to meet your requirements; • Helping you with any subsequent changes to your insurance you have to make; • Providing all reasonable assistance with any claim you make. In some cases, we act for insurers under a delegated authority agreement and can enter into insurance policies, issue policy documentation and/or handle or settle claims on their behalf. Where we act on behalf of the insurer and not you, we will notify you accordingly and in relation to claims we will advise you of this fact when you notify us of a claim. For all other policies, including optional additional products and premium finance (if relevant), before the insurance contract is concluded and after we have assessed your demands & needs, we will provide you with advice and make a personal recommendation. This documentation will also include a statement of your demands and needs. You should read this carefully as it will explain reasons for making the recommendation we have made.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
