MOVEMENT OF FURNITURE, FREIGHT OR BULKY MATTER. The carrying in or out of freight, furniture or bulky matter of any description must take place during such hours as Lessor may from time to time reasonably determine and only after advance notice to the superintendent of the Building. The persons employed by Lessee for such work must be reasonably acceptable to the Lessor. Lessee may, subject to these provisions, move freight, furniture, bulky matter, and other material into or out of the Premises on Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., provided Lessee pays additional costs, if any, incurred by Lessor for elevator operators or security guards, and for any other expenses occasioned by such activity of Lessee. If, at least three (3) days prior to such activity, Lessor requests that Lessee deposit with Lessor, as security of Lessee's obligations to pay such additional costs, a sum of which Lessor reasonably estimates to be the amount of such additional cost, the Lessee shall deposit such sum with Lessor as security of such cost. There shall not be used in the Building or Premises, either by Lessee or by others in the delivery or receipt of merchandise, any hand trucks except those equipped with rubber tires and side guards, and no hand trucks will be allowed in the elevators without the consent of the superintendent of the Building.

If, at least three (3) days prior to such activity, Landlord requests that Tenant deposit with Landlord a sum which Landlord reasonably estimates to be the amount of such additional cost, the Tenant will deposit such sum with Landlord as security for such cost. MOVEMENT OF FURNITURE, FREIGHT OR BULKY MATTER. The following rules pertain to moving furniture, equipment and supplies in and out of the Building. Any movers selected by Tenant that do not adhere to the following rules will not be allowed to enter the Leased Premises or will be required to discontinue the move. The delivery of materials and other supplies to Tenants in the Building will be permitted only under the reasonable supervision of Landlord.

LESSEE shall not move any ----------------------------------------------- safe, heavy machinery, heavy equipment or fixtures into or out of the Building without LESSOR'S prior consent. If such matter requires special handling, all work in connection therewith shall comply with all Legal Requirements and shall be done during such hours as LESSOR may designate. Freight, furniture and bulky matter shall be delivered to and removed from the Demised Premises only on the freight elevators, if provided, and through service entrances and corridors during hours designated by LESSOR. No hand trucks may be used in the movement of heavy equipment except those with rubber tires and sideguards. LESSEE shall provide protection of all floor surfaces during the movement of furniture or heavy equipment as may be reasonably required by LESSOR. LESSEE shall be responsible for the cost of removal of all boxes, garbage and debris caused by the movement of any heavy or bulky equipment or fixtures. LESSOR reserves the right to prescribe the maximum weight and position of all safes and other heavy equipment so as to distribute properly the weight thereof and prevent any unsafe condition from arising. The cost of any additional reinforcing required shall be the responsibility of LESSEE. LESSOR reserves the right to inspect all freight to be brought into the Building and to exclude from the Building all freight which violates any of these Rules and Regulations or the Lease.

The persons employed by Lessee for such work must be reasonably acceptable to Lessor. Lessee may, subject to these provisions, move freight, furniture, bulky matter, and other material into or out of the Premises on Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., provided Lessee pays additional actual out-of-pocket reasonable costs, if any, incurred by Lessor for elevator operators or security guards, and for any other expenses occasioned by such activity of Lessee. There shall not be used in the Building or Premises, either by Lessee or by others in the delivery or receipt of merchandise, any hand trucks except those equipped with rubber tires and side guards, and no hand trucks will be allowed in the elevators without the consent of the superintendent of the Building. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee shall not incur any costs with respect to its initial move-in to the Premises.
