Moving and Housing Allowance. In recognition of the fact that Younger relocated to England to render services to the Company, the Company agrees to reimburse Younger should his employment by the Company be terminated, for any reason, for all moving or relocation costs reasonably incurred by him and his family in relocating after any such termination to the United States. Such moving and relocation costs may include, without limitation, transportation costs, living expenses while Younger finds accommodations in the United States, the costs of moving furniture and personal belongings, and any other similar costs and expenses. Any such costs and expenses shall be paid within ten (10) days of Younger's submission of invoices setting forth such costs and expenses.
Moving and Housing Allowance. The Company shall pay the reasonable expenses incurred by Executive in moving his residence from Keene, California to Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition, for a period of up to ninety days (90) from and after the date of this Agreement, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executive for the payment of: (i) the weekly round-trip airfare incurred by the Executive in traveling between Salt Lake City, Utah and Bakersfield, California; and (ii) the sums expended by the Executive for renting a residence in Salt Lake City, Utah.

THE Company recognizes that Tiet▇ ▇▇▇l incur substantial relocation costs in connection with the commencement of his employment by the Company at its principal executive offices located at Orchard Lea, England. Accordingly, the Company shall reimburse Tiet▇ ▇▇▇ all moving or relocation costs reasonably incurred by him, which may include, without limitation, transportation costs, living expenses while Tiet▇ ▇▇▇ds accommodations in Greater London, the costs of moving furniture and personal belongings, and any other similar costs and expenses. The Company shall further provide Tiet▇ ▇▇▇h a housing allowance for the first nine (9) months that Tiet▇ ▇▇▇es in London, in an amount necessary to pay the costs and expenses of housing reasonably acceptable to Tiet▇ ▇▇ the Greater London area.
