Moving and Housing Allowance. In recognition of the fact that Younger relocated to England to render services to the Company, the Company agrees to reimburse Younger should his employment by the Company be terminated, for any reason, for all moving or relocation costs reasonably incurred by him and his family in relocating after any such termination to the United States. Such moving and relocation costs may include, without limitation, transportation costs, living expenses while Younger finds accommodations in the United States, the costs of moving furniture and personal belongings, and any other similar costs and expenses. Any such costs and expenses shall be paid within ten (10) days of Younger's submission of invoices setting forth such costs and expenses.

Moving and Housing Allowance. The Company shall pay the reasonable expenses incurred by Executive in moving his residence from Keene, California to Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition, for a period of up to ninety days (90) from and after the date of this Agreement, the Company will pay or reimburse the Executive for the payment of: (i) the weekly round-trip airfare incurred by the Executive in traveling between Salt Lake City, Utah and Bakersfield, California; and (ii) the sums expended by the Executive for renting a residence in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Moving and Housing Allowance. THE Company recognizes that Tietx xxxl incur substantial relocation costs in connection with the commencement of his employment by the Company at its principal executive offices located at Orchard Lea, England.   • Moving Allowance With the prior approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee concerning reimbursable costs, employees involuntarily transferred to a new job location fifty miles or more from the employee’s old residence than the old residence was from the old job location shall be reimbursed for receipted moving expenses, as provided in the IRS guidelines. For the purposes of this section, promotions and the exercise of any bumping option shall be considered as a voluntary transfer. Notwithstanding the above, at the discretion of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee, employees may be reimbursed for moving expenses. 9.6.1 If an employee, whose moving expenses (all or a part) have been paid, resigns within one calendar year of the move, the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee may require the employee to reimburse the Agency for a portion of the moving expenses, based on the length of time the employee worked after the move. 9.6.2 Employees who have been involuntarily transferred or have exercised bumping rights to another geographical location of the State shall be allowed up to twenty-four hours of time off with pay for the purpose of attending to their personal affairs in their present location and establishing their personal affairs in their new location. Such time off from work must be approved in advance by the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Auto Allowance The Company shall provide to Executive a car allowance in an amount equal to $1,000 per month during the Employment Period.
