NIGHTSHIFT. A regular Nightshift is ten consecutive paid hours worked, not including the Lunch Period, between 4:30 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. The regular work week is 40 hours, Monday through Thursday. The regular Nightshift schedule is as follows: • 4:30 p.m. Shop Level Risk Assessment Meeting Begins Employees that punch in Time Cards after 4:30 p.m. will be docked 15 minutes of pay, minimum, rounded to the next highest ¼ hour.   • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.

  • Night Shift Employees who regularly work a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on night shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., shall be paid their regular salary plus ten percent (10%) of their monthly salary per month, provided that in the case of any employee who is regularly assigned to night-shift work for less than an entire work week, the additional payment shall be made only for the portion of the work week worked on the night-shift assignment.

  • Shift A full-time shift shall normally consist of a nine (9) consecutive hour time period, determined by the University, of which one hour shall be used for a lunch period without compensation. A one-half hour lunch period may be substituted for the one hour lunch period with prior approval of the supervisor. With the approval of their supervisor and the Human Resources Office, schedules of less than forty (40) hours per week or a shift change may be elected by staff members.

  • Hour Shifts When the Employer deems it necessary to implement a twelve (12) hour work day, affected employees shall be notified pursuant to Clause 14.05. The following Clauses shall be replaced or added to the Collective Agreement where appropriate.

  • School Day The school day for members of the bargaining unit shall not exceed seven and one-half (7½) hours of consecutive time which shall include a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of no less than thirty (30) minutes.

  • Day Shift The standard work day will consist of eight (8) hours worked between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with a designated thirty (30) minute lunch period. Starting and stopping times to be determined by mutual agreement between the Company and the shop employees.

  • Afternoon Shift (i) Afternoon Shift is any shift where the normal ceasing time is later than 6.00 p.m. but not later than midnight. (ii) The additional loading for ordinary hours only shall be twenty-five percent (25%) of the all purpose rate applying to the Employees' classification.

  • Garden 3.15.1 To keep gardens, window boxes or grounds in good order; the paths tidy, the grass cut and borders weeded and in the same style and condition as at the commencement of the Tenancy. At the end of this Tenancy the Tenant will remove all such items and make good the garden or grounds to the Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction.
