No Discrimination - Human Rights Code. The Employer, employees, and the Union agree to conduct their affairs in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
No Discrimination - Human Rights Code. There shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, or coercion, exercised or practiced by the Employer, the Union, or any employee, with respect to any employee in matters covered by this Collective Agreement by reason of age, race, creed, colour, national origin, sex, marital status or place of residence.

The Employer and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination practiced by either of them, their employees or members against any employee in training, upgrading, promotion transfer, layoff, discharge or discipline because of race, creed, colour, age as defined in the Ontario Human Rights Code, sex, nationality, ancestry, place of origin, sexual orientation, physical handicap, marital or family status, except where such status places the individual in a conflict of interest.

The Centre and the Union agree there will be no discrimination or favouritism practiced by either of them, their employees or members against any employee because of race, creed, colour, age as defined in the Ontario Human Rights Code, sex, nationality, language, ancestry, place of origin, sexual orientation, physical handicap, marital or family status except where such status places the individuals in a conflict of interest. This provision will not apply where discrimination or favouritism is permissible, or mandated under any statute. Both parties recognize their joint responsibility under the Collective Agreement or any applicable statute.

The Institute and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination by either of them, their employees, or members against any employee because of race, creed, colour, age as defined in the Ontario Human Rights Code, sex, nationality, ancestry, place of origin, sexual orientation, physical handicap, marital or family status.
No Discrimination - Human Rights Code. There shall be no discrimination or harassment as defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code. The Parties recognize that because of the nature of the agency, a statute may require or permit a distinction in treatment on a ground set out in the Code.

The Centre and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination practised by either of them, their employees, or members against any employee because of race, creed, colour, sex, citizenship, ancestry, place of origin, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, age, record of offences, disability, marital or family status except where such status places the individuals in a conflict of interest. This provision will not apply to programmes which require such preferences as may be permissible under the Human Rights Code.
3.01 (a) Neither party to this Collective Agreement condones any form of harassment/discrimination by any employee, whether in the bargaining unit or not. Both parties agree to co-operate fully in the investigation of any allegation of harassment/discrimination.
