Non-Smoking Building Sample Clauses
Non-Smoking Building. In accordance with the Surgeon General of the United States, to maintain a healthy work environment, Landlord designates the Building a non-smoking building. It is Tenant's responsibility to see that all staff and clientele are made aware of this policy and its enforcement.
Non-Smoking Building. The Building is a non-smoking Building and smoking shall not be allowed in any part of the suites, hallways, stairwells, elevators, or any other common areas of the Building. Smoking shall only be permitted in areas designated by Landlord, and Landlord reserves the right to change the location of the designated areas.
Non-Smoking Building. For the health and safety of your employees and visitors, One Xxxxxxxxxx Centre is designated as a non-smoking building. Smoking will not be permitted in the common areas, lobby, restrooms, stairwells, mailroom, dock area, building entrances, etc. Please have your employees limit smoking to areas designated within your office areas.
Non-Smoking Building. The Lessee acknowledges that this is a non-smoking building and no smoking will be allowed on the leased premises.
Non-Smoking Building. The Lessor has adopted a policy of non-smoking (for all employees, agents or invitees) in all confined spaces, common areas or leased areas, within the Building. The Lessee, his employees, agents or invitees, will identify certain designated areas outside the Building for smoking. Lessee hereby acknowledges that such designated outdoor areas are necessary and reasonable to prevent smoking by Lessee, Lessee's employees, agents and invitees in unauthorized areas of the Building.

Smoking is not permitted in any area of the Building including but not limited to Tenant suites including the Premises, private offices, corridors, restrooms, stairwells, parking garages and/or lobbies. Neither Tenant nor any of its employees, agents, guests or invitees shall smoke in the Building and Tenant will enforce this requirement with respect to anyone in the Building on behalf of, related to, or at the request of Tenant.
Non-Smoking Building. The building shall be a non-smoking building, and Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to discourage smoking at the front entrance to the building. Non-Smoking Building. Lessees agree that leased address is in a non-smoking building and agree that neither Lessees nor Lessees guests will smoke within the building. Smoking within the building is a lease violation subject to lease termination. Lessees further agree that any ashes or cigarette butts occurring from Lessees or Lessees guests smoking outside the building will be promptly disposed of in a safe manner into the trash containers provided by Lessors for trash pickup. There is a $20 fine per occurrence anytime Lessors must remove cigarette butts from anywhere on the property except these trash containers.
Non-Smoking Building. The Building, including the Demised Premises, parking garages and adjacent grounds, shall be a no-smoking building and Tenant shall cause all employees, agents, contractors, Invitees and other users of the Demised Premises to comply with the specific measures established by Landlord and Landlord’s Agent to implement such policy.
