Non-Uniform Duty Allowance. Members regularly assigned to non-uniformed duty detail shall be paid a $500.00 allowance semi-annually on January 15 and July 15 of each calendar year. If either designated date falls upon a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, then the payment shall be made on the next business day. Upon initial assignment to a non-uniformed duty assignment, a member shall receive his or her yearly non-uniformed duty allowance in advance, minus any uniform allowance paid to date.
