Notice/agenda. The committee shall meet quarterly or upon the request of a party. Where the meeting is scheduled at the request of either party, the requesting party agrees to provide notice of the purpose of the meeting prior to the meeting date.
Notice/agenda. At least five days’ written notice by email, courier or fax, shall be given to each of the Directors of all Board meetings, except where a Board meeting is adjourned under Clause 10.3 (Quorum).

(ii) Any Venturer or any Board member may propose an item for inclusion in the agenda together with a related resolution to be proposed at such Board meeting.
Notice/agenda. 16.3.1 At least 10 Business Days’ written notice by email or courier shall be given to each of the Directors of all Board meetings by the Company, except where a Board meeting is adjourned under Clause 16.4 or where all of the Directors agree to a shorter notice period in writing (email being sufficient).
16.3.2 Within 3 Business Days of the date of such notice, any Shareholder or Director may propose an item for inclusion in the agenda together with a related resolution to be proposed at such Board Meeting.
16.3.3 At least 5 Business Days before a meeting, the Company shall circulate a detailed agenda to each of the Directors by email or courier, which shall:
(i) specify whether any Board Reserved Matters are to be considered; and
(ii) be accompanied by any relevant papers, provided that, where the agenda has been circulated and an agenda item is subsequently proposed pursuant to Clause 16.3.2, the Company shall circulate an updated agenda to each of the Directors by email or courier as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
16.3.4 Each Shareholder shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that at least one Director appointed by it attends each Board meeting.
16.3.5 Minutes of meetings of the Board shall be prepared by the Chairman or by anyone designated by the Chair as secretary of the meeting, summarising the discussions and recording any decisions taken by the Board. The minutes shall be signed by the Chair and another Director and shall be kept at the Company’s registered address.
Notice/agenda. All Staff Meetings will be scheduled in the beginning of the quarter with notice to all bargaining unit members by either a written notice in the members mailbox or by e-mail or other means of personal delivery. Staff members shall be reminded in the notice that they are encouraged to provide suggestions for items to be placed on the agenda. Such suggestions should be submitted at least three school days prior to a given meeting. Notice of any changes in the meeting schedule (ie. Cancellation, change in start time, change in date) will be provided to members of the bargaining unit at least three school days in advance of the scheduled meeting by e-mail or notice in all bargaining unit members’ mailboxes or other means of personal delivery.

Notice/agenda. General Meeting of Shareholders should be held not sooner than ten (10) days and not more than thirty (30) days after the day of making of the decision on such meeting convocation. In any event, the date of the General Meeting of Shareholders is established so as to provide the sufficient time for obtaining of visas and arrival to the site of the meeting. Notification of Shareholders on conducting of the General Meeting of Shareholders is made by publication of relevant information in press and the official website of the Company and by written notification, sent by e-mail, addressed to the Shareholders based on the Shareholder Register, formed on the date determined by the Supervisory Board. Each Notice on the General Meeting of Shareholders should contain the list of the matters, included to the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders, date, time and place of the General Meeting of Shareholders, and other information required in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Shareholder (-s), jointly owing not less than one percent of voting Shares, within the period of not more than 90 days after the end of the Financial Year, has the right to introduce the items in the agenda of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders and nominate candidates to the Supervisory Board and the Auditing committee, the number of which cannot exceed the number of the members of these bodies. If the General Meeting of Shareholders is requested by a Shareholder, the Auditing committee, such Shareholder, the Auditing committee, as the case may be, should advise the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, contemporaneously with the request for the meeting, as to the items to be included in the agenda.
Notice/agenda. Meetings are held not earlier than ten (10) days and not more than sixty (60) days from the date of Notice delivery to members of the Supervisory Board and, in any event, in a manner so as to allow the timely obtaining of visas and the travel required to the site of the meeting. Each Notice of a meeting of the Supervisory Board should contain an agenda of matters to be discussed and voted upon at the meeting. Any member of the Supervisory Board, by Notice to the other members of the Supervisory Board given at least eight (8) days prior to a meeting, may add additional matters to the agenda for such meeting. If the member of the Supervisory Board, other than the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, requests the meeting, then such the member should advise the Chairman of the Supervisory Board contemporaneously with the request for the meeting, as to the item or items to be included on the agenda. Upon request of a member of the Supervisory Board, the Supervisory Board may unanimously agree at a meeting to consider a matter not contained on the agenda.

13.2.2 Within 10 days of the date of receipt of such notice, any Shareholder or Director may, by written notice to each of the (other) Directors, propose an item for inclusion in the agenda together with a related resolution to be proposed at such Board meeting.
