Notice of Shift Change. The schedule of employees working full-time may be changed without notice in the event of an unscheduled absence of employees or in the event of emergencies, such as snow storm, flood, breakdown of machinery, or other instances of force majeure. In all other cases, at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice of change must be given, or four (4) hours' additional pay, at the straight time rate, in lieu of notice.
