Number of Annual Personal Leave Days. All full-time employees shall be entitled to three (3) days of personal leave in any school year, without loss of pay. New employees hired by the District from July 1 through December 31 shall receive the equivalent of three (3) personal days rounded up to the nearest quarter (1/4) hour. New employees hired by the District from January 1 through June 30 shall receive the equivalent of one and one half (1 ½) personal days rounded up to the nearest quarter (1/4) hour.
