Obligations of Tenants. The Tenant shall • be responsible for ordinary cleanliness of the premises and any chattels provided in the premises by the Landlord, • repair within a reasonable time after its occurrence any damage to the premises or to any chattels provided in the premises by the Landlord caused by the wilful or negligent conduct of the Tenant or by such conduct of persons who are permitted on the premises by the Tenant, and • conduct himself or herself and require other persons on the premises with his or her consent to conduct themselves in a manner that will not cause a disturbance or nuisance. In addition, a Tenant of a mobile home site shall • maintain in a good state of neatness, cleanliness and repair the exterior of the mobile home placed on the mobile home site, the skirting of the mobile home, and any structure placed by the Tenant on the mobile home site, • not exercise or carry on, or permit to be exercised or carried on, on the mobile home site or in the mobile home park any ill egal act, trade, business, occupation or calling, • not, by act or omission, impair, risk or interfere with the safety or any lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or of any tenant of a mobile home site in the mobile home park, and • not violate any health, safety, housing, or building standard respecting the number of persons occupying a mobile home. Note: Failure of the Tenant to comply with the Tenant’s obligations under The Residential Tenancies Act, or the terms of this lease, may render the Tenant liable to compensate the Landlord and may result in the tenancy being terminated by a residential tenancies officer.
Obligations of Tenants. Any Tenant is not a successor or assignee of the Developer’s obligations to the City merely by being a Tenant.
Obligations of Tenants. A. Enter into, and comply with all provisions of, a CROWN lease for the rental of the single family CROWN home.
Obligations of Tenants a) Tenant(s) shall not assign this Lease, sublet the Premises, give accommodation to any roomers or lodgers, or permit the use of the Premises for any purpose other than as a private dwelling solely for the Tenant(s). The Tenant(s) agrees to reside in the Premises and agrees that the Premises shall be the Tenant(s)’ only place of residence.
Obligations of Tenants. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 10.1, except as otherwise provided in this Section 10, no adjustments between Seller and Buyer shall be made for any payment of operating expenses which are obligations of Tenants under the Leases which have not been paid by such Tenant (unless Seller shall have paid such amounts on behalf of such Tenants or Seller shall be due amounts from such tenants, in which case Buyer and Seller shall adjust for such items), and Buyer shall look solely to such Tenants for the payments of such items.
Obligations of Tenants. Each Tenant shall pay a share equal to the ---------------------- Tenant's interest in the Property, of any and all expenses associated with the ownership and operation of the Property immediately upon receipt of a written notice from the Manager or, in the event the Management Agreement is terminated or expires, upon receipt of a written notice from another Tenant (or a subsequently appointed Manager), accompanied by documentation showing the amount of such expenses owed. In addition, upon expiration of the insurance policy covering the Property as of the date hereof, each Tenant shall procure insurance coverage on such Tenant's interest in the Property in form and substance similar to the insurance policy covering the Property on the date hereof and otherwise reasonably acceptable to each of the other Tenants.
