Observation Conference. a. Formal observations shall be preceded by a pre-observation conference between the evaluator and the teacher within four (4) working days if requested by either the teacher or the evaluator. At the pre-observation conference teachers shall provide evidence for the work situation, including information about the students, the learning environment, and the objectives of the lesson, to be observed on the pre-observation form (Appendix K). It is understood that the teacher need not answer all of the questions on the form in Appendix J, but should be prepared to discuss not more than four (4) questions identified in advance by the evaluator.
