Observation Conference. 1. All scheduled observations during the school year shall be preceded by a conference between the evaluator and the counselor prior to the observation, unless waived. At this meeting, the counselor and administrator will discuss the content of the pre-observation form and the counselor shall be given the opportunity to provide evidence for the standards.
