Common use of Occupational Health Committee Training Clause in Contracts

Occupational Health Committee Training. Subject to reasonable notice being given, all committee members or alternates of an Occupational Health and Safety Committee may receive up to five (5) days’ leave with pay, per year, to attend occupational health and safety training courses, seminars or courses of instruction.
